The house was very cozy.It made us feel like we were at home.There were many places to hangout and just relax.The neighborhood was very quiet and calm.

We actually just needed a place to stay for a night before we went to Marthas vineyard so we had a short stay but it was the perfect spot for our family to spend the night for dinner and breakfast! But the house was very cute and spacious wish we had more time to enjoy it! Thank you!

We only stayed two nights for a wedding but this was a perfect spot for a family. Walking distance to the beach and a couple restaurants. Quick drive to the other side of the Cape. The house itself was comfy and spacious, even better than the pictures. Melissa was always available and had a very organized list of restaurants, beaches, and other recommendations.

We had a wonderful visit here while attending a family reunion nearby. It was clean, conformable and very spacious - much more than it appears in the photos. We look forward to returning.

Exactly what we were looking for

Melissa was available Consistently throughout my stay, she made me feel very welcomed. The house was absolutely beautiful, beautiful with all the amenities as it says very convenient to the beaches and plenty of room for everyone. I ended up with a flat tire and she was willing to call AAA and come over and assist me, I will definitely be returning

We were a group of sisters and a few friends staying here for a week of catching up and beach-going. The house was perfect. And Melissa helped with everything we needed. An unexpected sunroom was breezy and cool in the late afternoon. So many great places to explore nearby. Melissa provides a wealth of local information! I highly recommend this house.

We stayed in this lovely, cozy Cape house for a week in August with 2 young kids and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and sleep comfortably. Well stocked with everything we would need to make our stay pleasant. Great area, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and located on a quiet street.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. The house is very clean and larger than the pictures look. Such a comfortable house and nicely decorated. The owner is easily reachable and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location was great. I wished the A/C worked better. The house was spacious and clean. Nice having 2 bathrooms. We will rent again on next trip. We biked to Chatham on the CCRT. Visited the fish pier to see the seals and AWSC to learn about sharks. We ate a lot of seafood. Visited the Glass Museum in Sandwich. Biggest disappointment was Dana’s Kitchen. Not a restaurant, owner was very curt.

We have never been to the cape but our experience was pleasant. The house served our needs for a family of four with two young kids. No complaints.

The house was very clean. Check in was a breeze and we were able to pick our keypad pin. The kitchen was very well stocked, complete with a good size grill outside. All inside a nice, quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but very close to all the town activities. We can't wait to come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The home includes a fully stocked kitchen duty a variety of appliances. The home was clean and neat. We were 5-30 minutes from nearly every beach worth visiting. The block was quiet with polite neighbors. The listing is so much better in person and I think any age would be comfortable moving about the house. There is plenty of space for all. This home is in a great location, central to everything Cape Cod. Thanks for the stay!

Convenient easy to get to location on a quiet street. Great for families. House was very clean and comfortable with all the conveniences of home. I would definitely stay here again.

Sunsets at West Dennis Beach and a gorgeous walk at Mayflower Beach were the highlights of our outings. Both were suggested by our host in a nicely composed summary of the area. A beautiful ride to Race Point with many stops along the way made the central location of this offering a convenient and easy ride home at day’s end. Quiet afternoons in the sunroom were anticipated and enjoyed daily over a game of cribbage or a Yahtzee match. The well equipped kitchen was spotless with very updated small appliances and every utensil imaginable. We spent five nights here to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was a party of two and the choice we made booking this home was perfect. Communication was A+ and everything exceeded our expectations. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. There are lots of windows to brighten your stay with shades and curtains to provide privacy and quiet when desired. There were no disappointments with our stay.
