Schöne moderne Zimmer

-Überwiegend gleichgültiges/unfreundliches Personal, welches nicht professionell schien. -Mehrere Zimmerwechsel aufgrund Probleme mit extrem stinkendem Abfluss und massivem Lärm wegen inexistenter Isolierung. Schlaf war tlw. unmöglich. -Als Probleme angesprochen wurden, wurde primär nach Ausreden gesucht, anstatt sich den Problemen ehrlich zu stellen. Dass bspw. viele getunte Motorräder und Autos in der Gegend unterwegs sind und sich nachts gelegentlich Rennen liefern, ist jedem Athener bekannt. Nur das Personal stellte sich blöd und meinte, davon haben sie noch nie gehört. Man müsste ja sonst zugeben, dass die Zimmer schlecht isoliert sind. -Manager wurde verlangt, um Probleme anzusprechen, allerdings wurden wir nicht mehr kontaktiert. -Preis-Leistung schlecht. Zu teuer für gebotenen bzw. eben nicht gebotenen Service. In Athen finden Sie eine breite Auswahl an Hotels, die sich um die Gäste bemühen und ebenfalls sehr schöne Zimmer bieten, und das zu tieferen Preisen. -Bei über 400 Franken in der Nacht dürfte man ebenfalls erwarten, dass das Gepäck ins Zimmer getragen wird, und man es nicht selbst durch das ganze Hotel (mit einigen Treppen) tragen müsste. -Keine Variation im Frühstücksbuffet

Needs a microwave and milk in the fridge and more coffee pods and bigger cups, regardless staff were excellent and accomodating to our requests Bathroom occasionally had a smell as it there is no window

Lovely space really helpful and friendly staff. Nice beach really close - and the best Greek salad of my life!

Wardrobe doors in the bedroom didn't open properly because of where the fixed side table was - super minimal problem but wanted to flag it as it's an easy fix!

It was located close by to where we had a function also not too far from restaurants and the beach

Location. Very clean .comfortable bed with nice bedding. Good location.

Room quite small. Pool small. Had to ask to replenish fruit tray on 2 mornings.

Helpful and excellent service. Made me feel cared for. Nikos, without asking him, arranged for a later dinner reservation for me. Another front desk staff helped oil a roller foot of my suitcase. These small things are what stood out for me most.
