Great location and good staff

We were 2 couples and stayed 2 nights. There were only 1 single bed at the ground floor. Stephano, the host was very helpful to get another small sofa bed down so we can have a couple sleep downstairs and a couple on the loft. It was during the heat wave when we arrived at the Well. The AC was fantastic! It really helped us relieve the heat. Two blocks away were some fantastic restaurants. The boat to the Aeolian islands were 7-10 min away. 2 blocks to the water front broad walk. You can park on the street perpendicular to the street access to the house. You have pay around €12 for the whole day. Maybe there are free ones further away. I also had to do something til 11am on the checkout day, Stephano was nice enough for us to check out later.

There are some small stuff needs to be fixed in the bathroom, but the host is so accommodating that made me not to care about it. Don't put food outside on the counter. Ants might get to it.

Great location and well renovated place.

We booked this apartment on last minute, and within less than 1 hour since booking we could already check-in. Stefano was very nice and helpful and the apartment itself was amazing. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Modern, comfortable, clean, in very good location close to the port, castle, restaurants. If we are in Milazzo again, we definitely come back!

There is nothing we would not like.

Nice reconstructed apartment in great location. Comfy beds, great shower. Walking distance to the beach, city center and the port. We stayed for 1 night.

Some of the dishes were a bit dirty.

Very nice and helpful host. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and functionally, very clean. For a family of four, there are all cutlery and necessary dishes.
