Great stay for up to four guests. Right in the middle of town- walk everywhere. Front entrance with dead plants and leaves everywhere could do with a tidy but otherwise a well-stocked pantry and a lovely place to stay.

Location was great. Clean and cosy. The extra touches were appreciated.

Very convenient to everything in Berry. The owner is very generous as she provides cereals, bread for toasting, jam, butter, tea, coffee, milk and shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We all had a great weekend, the accommodation was great , very clean and it had everything we needs . Location was perfect and didn’t need to use the car everything in walking distance, would definitely stay there again

Thoughtful inclusions were very appreciated - soaps, breakfast items, cooking accessories, well stocked crockery. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Cafe across the road is busy early but goes quiet in the afternoon. Walking distance to local shops, only need the car for trips outside of Berry. Only addition we would suggest is the ability to watch something other than free to air tv - either a streaming service or chromecast capability would be perfect. Enjoyed our stay at Gardenia cottage and would stay again when visiting Berry. Thank you!

Great location and central to everything in Berry. The breakfast foods, milk, bread, margarine and biscuits are a lovely welcoming touch. Our only complaint would be the shower - it has no water pressure at all and the temperature is hard to regulate.

The property was adequate for our requirements. There are lots of extras such as breakfast cereals, milk, juice bread and butter as well as shampoo and bodywash etc. We did not realise that these were included and could have bought less with us. Never mind. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Second time staying here and once again we weren’t disappointed! Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect- coffee shop across the road, main street is 30seconds away. We had a little issue and Deidre and her husband were so amazing ( was lovely to meet you both!) Will definitely stay here again.

Property was as described and nicely located in the centre of Berry. The welcome pack of breakfast goods was appreciated. Communication with owner was always timely.

This gorgeous little cottage is right in the heart of Berry with shops across the road. Having said that, we didn't hear a thing until we looked out the window on Sunday morning to find cars parked and people having their morning coffees, so it is very quiet and private with its own two car parking. The modern decore is very tasteful and everything you could ever want is in this well designed space - big flat screen TV, dishwasher, air conditioner, microwave, etc. and, of course, beautiful bed linen. Everything was fresh and clean and tea/coffee, milk, breakafast cereals, bread were all there waiting for us. This place is perfect on all levels and I hope we can come back soon.

Great location, which made our weekend stay even better. The little things within the cottage was great it helps when you see items like breakfast cereal, milk and bread plus other items like washing detergent to wash clothes etc makes a difference which helps when you have a weekend away recommend this place and will stay there again for sure

Basic, has everything you need in a great setting with a very good coffee shop directly opposite which is a bonus.

A clean, comfortable cottage with everything we needed plus more. It's also very centrally located to all of the lovely cafes and specialty shops we visited. Park the car and forget about it until home time. We had a very enjoyable and memorable girls weekend away.
