Property and resort are both great

My husband, teen daughter, and I enjoyed our time at the Hacienda Beach Club. The grounds are stunning and the service is exceptional. The location could not be better - easy beach access and a quick walk to the Marina, many wonderful restaurants, and the supermarket. The unit is comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, although it would be nice to replace the non-stick frying pans and the lower dishwasher rack, which is missing a wheel. Overall, a great stay and we would love to come back!

Beautiful and immaculate unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and Lands End. We spent most of our time on the oversized and luxuriously furnished deck as we never tired of the view and watching the boats. The modern kitchen also has anything you could possibly need. Property is steps away from many restaurants and shops but is private and quiet when you're on the resort grounds. Electric cart transportation provided around the resort and to the exit gates. Owner very quick and responsive with any question. Will be back again!

The master mattress needs to be replaced my wife and I left with back pain. Because the unit is privately owned we were unable to obtain additional blankets or pillows, which was tough for the kids. The jets in the spa bathtub didnt work. Otherwise everything else was great, property was amazing, location was great, everything well maintained. The property owner was easy to communicate with and responsive.

We had such a wonderful time staying in Rob’s unit at the Hacienda! It was clean, quiet, and packed with everything we needed! We really enjoyed our morning coffee time on the patio, which has excellent views of the ocean! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation here! Thank you Rob! I’ve visited the Hacienda multiple times, and the staff is always excellent! We enjoyed using several amenities, including the pool, beach, putting green, pickle ball courts, the gym, and the spa! The restaurant is over-priced for the quality of food and leaves much to be desired, but Rob’s unit has a well stocked kitchen, so we ended up making several meals in the condo!

First of all, pictures online don’t do this place justice. The resort and unit are absolutely beautiful. The feel is very intimate and luxurious. No details were spared at this place. Our favorite part was the short walking distance to the marina and having one of the best restaurants in Cabo right on premise. Rob, the owner, was very patient with any questions we had and communication with him was very easy. This was our first time in Cabo, and Hacienda set the bar really high. We will be back! Thank you, Rob and staff at Hacienda, for an unforgettable vacation.

We had a great stay at Robs Condo. Very clean all the amenities you would need. The staff at the Hacienda very courteous as well as helpful. The other great thing is it's close to everything . I highly recommend this property! Gabe

Rob's home was fantastic for our family which included a 6yo and a 1yo. The place was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook a nice breakfast on a couple occasions and the location in building 4 was very convenient to the pool, restaurant and kid's club which our 6yo visited twice. Walking distance to town but it was a little hilly so we ended up getting a Lyft after walking the first time. The Hacienda also has one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo but the waves and depth were a little bit much for our little ones. Service at the resort is equivalent to a nice 4* resort and the pool and beach attendants were standouts. We enjoyed the service at the Esperanza a wee bit more but a suite like this one would cost 2-3 times what we paid here.

Beautifully maintained condo with comfortable bedding, well appointed kitchen, and ocean views. 5 star property! The beach side staff is wonderful for those of us who love to lounge on the beach and enjoy paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking, etc. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful condo, best pool/beach setup, UNBEATABLE location, exceptional service. As an added plus, the owner gave us fantastic recommendations. If/when my wife and I come back to Cabo, we’d never consider anywhere else. Perfect from start to finish!

Couldn't ask for more. Very well equipped home, everything was nice about it. We loved the location close to the marina and town without any town noise. The place felt like a home but with all the hotel amenities. Would definitely stay there again. We used Uber and some drivers didn't know how to get into the gate so you'll need to tell them how. Victor at check in was very professional and helpful.

We enjoyed everything about our stay - the unit is beautiful, clean, well taken care of and has everything you need. The resort is fabulous - pool, gym, restaurant, service. The location is perfect - a couple min walk to reach gated exits that go directly to beach, the marina and downtown/restaurants. The property is peaceful and relaxing (feels remote), but with direct access to downtown and the beach a short walk or golf cart ride away!

This was our first time in Cabo and hopefully not the last! The condo was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have been a better location. We will definitely be staying here again.

The unit is a luxurious one bedroom with a fantastic view of the Cabo rocks and water in the highest end resort in Cabo near downtown. While the unit is for four persons, the sofa bed is really only comfortable for one adult or two children. Everything you need is in the unit.

Perfect stay! Our room was cleaned everyday! Rob was around to answer any questions in a timely manner. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Could not have asked for a better exoerience

I cannot fully describe how wonderful Hacienda Resort is & how perfect this condo is. We had the best time. It was just me & my husband but the condo could easily fit a family of 3 or 4. Hacienda is beautiful & everyone who works there is the best. 5 stars all around!!! Thank you & cant wait to come back!!

This review is only of the unit we stayed in during our time and not about the property (Hacienda Beach Club). The unit is a very nice size, clean and met most of our needs during our stay. 1- all necessary kitchen appliances with a dish washer. Although kitchen faucet was wobbly & did not rotate easy. 2- A bonus is the separate wine fridge. 3- Two large TV sets. (although we could not find operating instructions for normal USA TV stations). 4- 2 bathrooms was a bonus. 5- A/C worked very good, but the fan in main room was not working even after maintenance staff worked on it. 6-Good location on the second floor of building #4. The view from the balcony could be improved if a few of the many, way too many palm trees could be trimmed by the property managers. 7- Excellent daily maid service was included in rent. This is a bonus as many rentals don't have daily service. Will definitely consider this rental for future stays in Cabo San Lucas. Thank you Jekabs

Hacienda never disappoints. It is a great swimmable beach location with paddle boards, boogie boards, kayaks ready with Jose whenever you ask. The hacienda staff is on point whether at the pool or restaurant. Rob is a very accessible owner, any questions just reach out to him!

Our experience at the resort was exceptional. Which even made it better was the condo. It was well stocked with everything you could imagine. We had private salsa lessons and chef at the condo. It’s a place that we will be back soon.

From beginning to end this was such an enjoyable experience! Our host Robert's attention to detail was evident throughout his condo by his choice of furnishings and decor that make you feel that you are truly in Mexico...with many thoughtful touches. The view is fantastic and second level location where we could opt for the stairs versus the elevator if we so chose worked great for us. We look forward to returning!

The resort and villa were so nice. The villa had everything you need and was very comfortable and beautiful. The villa was centrally located to the pool, restaurant and gym. The Resort is in the best location of Cabo and five star all the way. I highly recommend and would come back.
