Good facility provided and low cost

The owner give full and clear explanation via pdf before i arrived. easy check in and check out. the room is spacious studio room type with complete facility like fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, iron with iron board, dining table for 4, hairdryer, tv, wifi, wardrobe with a lot of hangers and other basic one. the best part is the place is within 1 minute walk to my meeting place. just beside the building. owner very responsive even at night. and i left my pillow at the room and she agreed to return it. room is in front of the lift.

cleaner might overlook there is one dirty knife in utensil drawer and a few hair on the floor in front of the door. other than that overall nice and clean bathroom and bed.

master bedroom air conditioner very bad.it seems no maintenance due to not cooling

- kitchen, toilet essentials available are all good.. - can watch netflix - feels cozy enough - got free wifi - very secure apartment -

- maybe can check back the aircond, as it seems a bit slow(not really that cold) - the standing fan is a breeze but needs some cleaning(can see the dust on the fan) - if possible, put the kiblat location for Muslim travelers - oh and wish there was another trash bin for the toilet
