Welcoming and kind atmosfære, Wonderfully place, peacefull, nicely restored. Nice lake and possibility of sailing a small boat. Nice pool, and the kitchen facilities was excellent 👌🏻

What a beautiful setting! A lovely pool and lake to wander around. The grounds are really well kempt. The bonus is the shared kitchen area. Everything you need to be self sufficient including a personal fridge.

The room Had no air conditioning so would get a bit stuffy if the weather was hot. The shower room had a slight pong too. Probably due to a lack of use but nothing a couple of showers wouldn’t sort.

Beautiful grounds and buildings with lots of space. The room and bathroom were to a high standard. The pool was clean with nice surrounds for sun bathing. Free fishing and boating in the lake. Refrigerator for drinks with an honesty payment was a nice touch. Great location for getting out and exploring the area. Shops and supermarket nearby. Covered parking kept the car cool.

The shared kitchen was modern with good storage and refrigerators, but one hob was insufficient when more than one family were cooking. Not really enough space in there when it was busy. Mattress protector was plasticy; too warm and noisy.

This was the second time in Moulin de Soustre and we enjoyed it even more. The rooms and gardens are immaculate, the pool very enjoyable and the whole setting is like a small paradise.

Nothing disappointed. But if the location is looking for opportunities to improve even more: the stairs to the mezzanine in the family room we had are quite difficult for kids. There is a gate on top of the stairs so for babies and kids with diapers this is fine, but it doesn't work for our kids (6 and 8) because they need to be able to go to the bathroom at night. Maybe a (solid) round staircase? The building which houses the rooms is situated in the shadow for most of the day and it cools down at night. So the rooms didn't get overly hot but still if you are looking to maximise comfort, air conditioning would be nice as well.

Extremely clean and well maintained property. Peaceful and romantic. Great rooms, great property, well equipped visitors kitchen and laundry.... nice welcoming and restaurant recommendation. Can only recommend!! Thanks
