Everything was as listed. Perfect location. Great view, easy access to pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. The reservation process was efficient, easily got all the information we needed for our stay. Access to beach chairs and bikes was an added bonus!

The unit was very clean but small. The pictures are deceiving. I came on trip solo and it was fine. If my husband was with me it would have been cramped. Bedroom very tight and bathroom had no room for anything more than a toothbrush on one side and brush and can of hair spray on other side. No soap dish and had to use a wash cloth. Kitchen had a lot of items except a blender for my morning smoothie. Also the bar stools are very flimsy and I’m not overweight and I think a 200 lb man would probably not even be able to sit on the stool. Living room area was comfortable and decorated nicely. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Security guards are very nice.

First of all, I choose the apt for the location, and it was great..it was a plus the beach chairs and the umbrella..I knew it was a small apt, (and the kitchen it's a kitchenette)..but it could've been better if there was at least a small dinning table with at least 2 comfortable chairs; it was very hard to be by the kitchen island on those stools and same applies for them balcony..( not a good sitting chair or any decent patio table)..those are my only complaints;.. other than that, I knew what I was getting.. The place was small, but clean and we had a great time on the beach and the weather was good ( no rains, but hot and humid, but the ocean water was warm ). Overall, we had a good relaxing vacation on the beach, by the ocean..

Cozy little one bedroom one bathroom. It was perfect for my husband and my visit. Perfect view of the ocean. Not a long walk to the beach. Finding out where security was to get a parking pass was a little tricky. There isn't a lobby. I recommend staying here for the view alone.

We stayed for a month as a winter getaway (we're from Maine). The beach is just beyond the pool and we walked on it almost every day. Many unique shops and restaurants are in walking distance behind and beside the condo. Everyone was so friendly including the security guard. Definitely a great place to vacation!

Location was fantastic. Unit was renovated and, although small, very well laid-out. We loved having the bikes, chairs, and umbrella to make packing easier for us. Only 3 issues we encountered: first was that the pillows were old and musty and I had an allergic reaction to them until I put a towel over mine. Second was that there was a total lack of hooks for towels in the very small bathroom and we had nowhere to keep them during our stay. Last was that the bikes were starting to rust and need a tune up. Other than that, we were very happy!

The location is great for families and it can be a leave the car in the lot for a week and walk to supermarkets, shops and restaurants kind of vacation. The unit is clean but the renovations and upgrades look cheaply and poorly done. For the price it was what I was expecting.

Searching for a warm place to stay for a couple of months I started my search in Florida and continued up the coast until I found the perfect place for me. I will never forget this wonderful little condo with a beautiful view. I would go back every year if my pension allowed it.Thank you so much for an unforgettable two months. Upon arrival the parking lot had trash blowing through it due to the large trash receptacle overflowing with garage. Once we entered the room it smelled of mold. We found black mold under the sink that has to have been there for months. There was also mold residue in the bedroom closets. We found urine on the floor near the toilet, which had a broken seat. The balcony floor was covered in cigarette burns and the chairs provided were dirty and moldy. Due to my asthma, we demanded our money back and had to return home.

Once we arrived after a long drive, we walked into the condo being filthy! The floor was not cleaned, hair behind the toilet, poop on the bathroom seat, baseboards were gross, dirty silverware in drawer, food on plates in the cabinets. Needless to say our first day was spent cleaning the property. I did contact the property manager and was given a refund on the cleaning fee… i thought that was fair seeing that my family and I used time on the beach cleaning something that should have been done. Also while there, the toilet seat broke, there was a water leak under the sink that dripped into the toaster (plumber came out to fix), and I noticed there was a large screw that was loose on the banister of the deck area. We will not be staying at The Breakers again. A lot of time was waisted cleaning and fixing things that we should not have to do on our vacation. As a family we had a great time at the beach and pool area and made the absolute best of the trip, but we have stayed at really nice places before in the past and will not consider this again.

Great location! The beach is right there and the pool is great to have when you need a break from the beach! The only down side is the condo was not as clean as I would have liked. The overall stay was great!
