Photos are misleading. View to the back of the building but not to the pool. Looking at a 10 year old ongoing skyrise construction site. Construction noise. Hard to get away by taxi.

Near to Valencia but much cheaper, the pool was a nice size and the owners very welcoming and the local beaches are clean.

A kettle and bread knife would be helpful plus a few dishwasher tablets and some kitchen towel/ paper. The pool isn't visible from the flat but features in a lot of the photos. There isn't much in the local area for holiday makers but we were travelling to Valencia every day so wasn't a problem. The mattresses in the second bedroom are a little bit hard / could be softer. Parking is very tight in the under ground car park probably better to park outside. A word document with some of the details would be helpful like what to do with the bins, when the pool closes and some local recommendations for food or activities

Nice and quiet place. Friendly host. Positively surprised that it were so easy to park both outside and in the garage. The traffic in the area were light.

well equipped kitchen. spacious and clean room. free parking.

30-40 min away from valencia old town.

As mentioned gym swimming pool was closed and my kids left property without enjoying it was disappointment
