misleading
The info on VRBO was misleading. 1. the info listed parking as included. we learned the day of arrival it was not. The ad listed that the kitchen was well stocked. it was not. we had wine glasses and dished sent to us by Amazon. There were not enough dishes for 4 people. The furniture was decrepit. I had better furniture in college. The tvs did not work upon arrival. The apartment was dirty. i would never recommend this apartment or manager to anyone. it was my first time using VRBO and I was completed disappointed. And there were no instructions on usage.

Great South Beach Getaway
We enjoyed your condo. It worked perfect for five adults...plenty of room. Two full baths is nice! The balcony is amazing and we also loved the rooftop pool! It is within walking distance to everything you need...Walgreens, liquor store, restaurants, bars, shops. It was an easy 35 minute Uber ride from Ft. Lauderdale airport. We got an Uber easy even at 4 am. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, beds clean, amazing deck. However a couple of things-smoke detector wires hanging from ceiling without a smoke detector and the master bathroom walls should be scrubbed. Like they were cleaned with a dirty, hairy mop.

LARGE deck shown is private to condo 301! Pool is shared and not heated. No hot tub. Condo as described, but not stocked for cooking. Lacks basic pots, bowls and salt/pepper. Location is on Ocean, but far enough south that noise is not a problem. Steps to Walgreens, restaurants, beach and even bike rentals. A/C works well and host is responsive. Would recommend.

The property is within a short walk of the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Plus for Uber people pick-up and drop-off is right of the property is just off where traffic starts to back up.

Excelente Departamento en una ubicacion inmejorable
Este departamento ha sido totalmente renovado, es sumamente confortable y funcional. Esta ubicado en un lugar estrategico, practicamente sobre la playa sobre la Ocean, y ademas sobre la 5° que permite una salida sumamente rapida hacia todos los lugares turisticos de la region.
Es nuestro lugar de Familia, ya son dos veces que hemos estado alli y seguiremos tomandolo todas las veces que vayamos a Miami.

South Beach (SOFI) Gem - We've already booked for next year!
The condo, the owner (Reza) and the neighborhood were sensational. The condo is in a new construction in the quiet and prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, which is across the street from the beach and minutes away from amazing restaurants and the vibrant South Beach scene. The condo itself is exactly as in the pictures and the deck/balcony is huge (and gets the sun all afternoon). Reza was extremely helpful and available whenever needed - we've already booked for next year. Highly recommended.

Great location with huge outdoor balcony space.
The condominium was within walking distance of South Beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. The kitchen was low on forks and spoons and no blender. You will have to bring your own soap as none was supplied in the bathrooms. The master bathroom toilet stopped flushing. However, the owner is very responsive if you need anything.

Great spot, comfortable place
We had a great stay! The layout of the apartment was excellent and we had so much room on the deck. A few things that could have been better- no broom! We ended up buying one which was necessary bc of sand and other first on the floors. Also, wifi was terrible. was not reliable at all.
Overall the place was awesome and we would love to stay again!

Would definitely stay here again
We stayed at this condo with another couple and it was the perfect amount of space and privacy. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom across the apartment from each other. We had the entire floor in the building which gave us extra privacy. The condo had just the right immunities to make us feel at home, being able to relax in the morning and cook breakfast, pack coolers for the beach, and enjoy late night snacks. The location couldn't have been better. Directly across the street from the beach, far enough away from the busy section of ocean drive but an easy walk, Walgreens around the corner and the amazing restaurant Prime Steak house just down the road. Easy check in and out at the hotel next door and access to plenty of beach towels. I'm thinking of going back with a group of girls next year and would definitely consider staying here over a small hotel

This condo is worth EVERY penny. It is exactly as described: close to everything, giant outside terrance, nice rooms. Hosts are also very nice people and respond quick with all requests you have. Well worth it & I fully recommend it.

2x Customer - 100% Amazing Experience
This was my second time coming and it was just as amazing as the first. Lina is extremely accommodating. The place is beyond comfy and great amenities. Our microwave wasn't heating up food and Lina was able to get a replacement within hours! Love the touch of the grass on the balcony. The group that I came with loved the look, the feel and how close everything was. I've been to Miami every year since 2007, and I can sincerely say, this was the best vacation spot I have stayed in. Great spot
We stayed at the condo with another couple. Get location, great deck, clean and lots of room. The condo is situated at 5th and Ocean which is the start of about 10 blocks going towards 15th with lots of bars and restaurants. Great walk, lots of action. The beach is across the street, boardwalk is great for a run or walk in the morning, it goes for miles. There is a liquor store and Walgreens across the street as well as a Publix about 7 blocks up 5th ave. The only thing we wish that we would have had was a BBQ for the deck. Definitely recommend this condo

The condo is absolutely gorgeous and in great proximity to South Beach!! The only issue I had was there were no speakers for the stereo. Everything else was awesome!!

My overall experience at this condo was excellent. My friends and I loved this place. Its the most ideal place and very convienent to the south beach strip. Everything is there and not to mention the terrace that we had was so hot...We just loved it and want to stay there every year that we are there!!!

I stayed at the Ocean 5 Condos for 5 days in April. I can not begin to express how pleased I was with the accommodations. Everything was better than expected...including the location which is at the corner of 5th and Ocean (it's a straight shot to the Cosway by car and walking distance to everything on South Beach). The decor of the unit was very modern and the layout is spacious and efficient. The HUGE terrace, in and of its self, is worth the rack rate! Lastly, the owner, Reza, was a pleasure to work with and made the check-in / check-out process hassle free. I'll definitely be looking to stay here the next time I return to South Beach.

Stayed here April, 2010....excellent condo. The bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms very modern and nice. But the balcony is stunning. It is truly massive, with a great view of Ocean Drive and even the ocean. The owner Reza is easy to deal with and very available to help. Highly recommended, especially if you are going to have friends over and enjoy the balcony view.

The best part of the condo was the location, 2 mins from the beach and collins street where all the best shops are! The condo was beautiful and big, better than what we imagined.It was comfortable for 6 people! It was a pleasure dealing with Reza Shabani, he was always there to answer our questions. My friend and I usually take a vacation together once a year - no boyfriends - just us. We decided on South Beach and wondered if we could ever find a place to stay that we could afford....but we wanted it to be really nice. We found it!! This condo is on Ocean Dr. directly across from the beach. The property is clean, modern with very nice amenities. We bought some groceries and cooked breakfast most mornings - the appliances are all Bosch and very nice. The greatest plus is the gigantic private terrace that overlooks Ocean Dr. We spent many an evening there, sipping and talking. To get a great meal, just walk a few steps in any direction and you have your choice of seafood, Italian, or whatever your heart desires. The rooftop pool area is to die for. I can't say enough about this vacation condo. If you are looking for luxury at an affordable price this is the place. Send the check, sign the rental agreement, pick up the keys 2 doors down and you are in business.

My friends and I stayed in this condo apartment in September 2009, the apartment we stayed in was amazing with our own private balcony and all mod cons, gym and swimming pool.
The apartment is ideally situated on Ocean Drive, 1 min walk to Miami beach and at the center of Miami beach night life and restaurants.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Miami.

Recently a few friends and I met in Miami for a weekend in the sun. After reviewing several options for hotels we decided the best bang for our buck was to look at rental condo's and this one was clearly the best option. The condo is located right next to the beach and directly next to many of SoBe's restaurants and bars. Even better, there is a CVS pharmacy a few blocks away along with a liquor store - meaning we didn't have to pack extra items like beach towels, cooler, etc.
As for the condo itself - it was immaculate, modern contemporary and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the condo was as well.
I would highly recommend this to anyone considering alternatives due to the price/value of this property.

My girlfriends and I rented 2 units in this buildng for a bachelorette party in July/August 2009. This unit is exactly as pictured here. Pictures do not do it justice, actually! The terrace was a definite highlight, as was the rooftop pool. The location is amazing - close to everything. And the beds -- oh so comfortable!!
The owner was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. Same goes for the hotel staff (for picking up keys etc.). Would totally recommend this property and am planning to stay there on my return trip to South Beach!
