Location is brilliant and a short walk to Syntagma Square - many restaurants and cafes and shops are nearby. The apartment is spacious for two people.

The apartment needs a bit of attention - see photos below of curtains falling off the curtain rod on two of the windows. Light would come into the apartment in the mornings as a result.

Location was brilliant near great restaurants, bars and cafes and a short walk to Syntagma Square. The host was easy to communicate with.

The apartment was not adequately cleaned upon our arrival. There was a used dish cloth in the kitchen sink (I assume by previous tenants) and no new one left for us. The majority of surfaces were dusty including the sofa, kitchen shelves, Nespresso machine etc. The floor needed a vacuum - there were many white polystyrene balls (used to fill bean bags) across the floor. The host offered to have the apartment recleaned but the cleaner returned with a broom only - a vacuum would clean the floor more thoroughly. A bedside light was not working in the 2nd bedroom.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the so-called "sofa bed" was a joke. It wasn’t even a real sofa bed. I spoke to Annia, who insisted it was, despite it being too small for me. Her brilliant solution? Sleep with my friend who snores. Completely unprofessional. She promised a room switch the next day, for free. Skeptical but with no other choice, I accepted. Big mistake. The new "sofa bed" was equally useless, and I have pictures to prove it. Dealing with Annia was out of the question; she clearly couldn't solve anything. Thankfully, Booking.com stepped in and refunded part of the price (although nowhere near the fair amount). The bathroom was another disaster. It was so poorly designed that water spilled everywhere, and in the first room, the shower was damaged and leaking. The entire stay was a nightmare. The host didn't answer the phone once, despite my multiple attempts. I barely slept for four days. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The host needs to learn professionalism and honesty.

Communication with Annia was flawless. The apartment was clean and well equipped, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Location is great and quiet but within walking distance to local restaurants,metro, and sights. Definitely recommend.

One has to know that there’s no lift in this appartement building . Stairways are a bit awkward. Feasible with a carry-on, but if you have more than that, it would be a hassle. There is no cleaning service during our stay (3 nights, 4 days). That should be also clear. There was few things broken: shelves, glass shelf, etc.
