Vue imprenable sur le Vésuve et la baie de Naples, avec une grande terrasse, tout le mobilier jardin nécessaire et la pisicine (néanmoins assez petite et pas chauffée à cette période de l'année, dommage). L'appartement était super propre, confortable, la literie impeccable. En résumé, logement plutôt agréable, avec une belle douche l'italienne. L'accueil par l'oncle d'Ottavio était aussi très chaleureux et les explications claires :-).
Ce qui pourrait être amélioré: il faisait assez humide dans l'appartement. Les deux portes fenêtres manquent d'un moustiquaire qui permettraient de les laisser ouvertes et d'aérer le logement sans qu'on soit embêté par les moustiques. Il faudrait vraiment trouver une solution de ce côté-là. Un tire-bouchon à prévoir aussi :-). Enfin, l'insonorisation est imparfaite. On entend asez fort les gens se déplacer à l'étage. Pas trop dérangeant cette fois-ci, mais si vous avez des vosins bruyants, ça pourrait être probélmatique.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines sehr schön renovierten Palazzos im Familienbesitz zusammen mit 2 anderen Appartements. Privatsphäre ist aber durchaus durch die Großzügigkeit der Anlage gegeben. Der Garten ist riesig und der Pool gepflegt.
Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön.
Beide Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden.
Es gibt in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die auch heizen kann.
Wir hatten leider Pech mit der Moskito Plage. Ein Mückennetz zumindest an der Schlafzimmer Tür wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Anscheinend ist es dieses Jahr aber ungewöhnlich schlimm gewesen.

Our host kept our luggage while the house was cleaned up and available so that we could enjoy our arrival in Castellamare. Check-in and communication is very easy when you need something or informations.
He was really helpful and kind to us, he indicated everything we can visit in the area!
The house was perfect and the view from the terrace incredible!
We went to visit Sorrento, Pompéi, Capri by boat from Castellammare. A very nice place to go on holidays! I recommend!

The place is amazing, there are no other words to describe it, the host family is charming and immediately takes care of any question. The view is amazing!!! Suitable for a couple or family traveling on the Naples-Amalfi route. In short, highly recommended. We will come back here.

Cute and clean property with a friendly host. Everything felt modern, well decorated and well taken care of. It’s not luxury but the perfect spot for a comfortable vacation with all that you need. Plus, the view is amazing.

The location is amazing with a huge terrace having a fantastic view over the gulf. The hosts are very kind, we lost our passports, they found them and sent them back to us by post. The apartment is very comfortable and clean.

The apartments have a magnificent view over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Best suited for those travelling in a car. The hosts were exceptional and picked us up from the station and organised a taxi for our departure.
It is a great way to understand the Vesuvius-Pompeii connection and a good base to explore the Amalfi Coast.

Great terace with fantastic lookout. We spent a new year celebration on this place and it was amazing experiance, to see all fireworks around gulf.

Nice host and location. Host brought us everything we needed! Really nice flats but not really designed for more than 2 people to stay, the sofa beds weren’t very comfortable and the hot water ran out at the 4th shower. Otherwise everything was perfect

The host was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make my friends and I comfortable. The property was beautiful, the view was better than anywhere else I’ve seen. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The location was absolutely fantastic! The host was great! Very helpful and the apartment was renovated!
The humidity inside the room was so bad we slept every night with opened windows and had to leave them open! Everything smell dump and moisture!

An astonishing view over Napoli bay, the terasse is simly perfect for dinners and aperitivos. Could spend the whole night admiring the view.

Very thing was exceptional - from the apartment, to the host, to the garden and the outstanding view over the Bay of Amalfi. Except to find the property and to get in since nobody answered the phone.
It is very difficult to find the little street - even with GPS or Google maps. There are no signs, only a small number on the gate with Poggio Miramare. We waited more than half an hour in front of the gate, since nobody answered the phone. I called from the gate, called from my phone. I had to ask neighbors on how to get in contact with the people who manage the place. They called for us that we could enter the property. Parking is expensive on the property: Euro 10.- per day.

The location has a beautifull view over Vezuviu and also a beautifull garden. The host was very helpfull. Very easy to reach main points of interest in the area. I recommand this accomodation

Very beautiful location with a fantastic view to the Vesuvius. The apartment was recently renovated, with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. It is within a large palazzo with a 100-year-old garden, where the owners live. The size of the apartment was just right for our family and our two children could play outside on the terrace. The property offers a covered paid parking (€10/day) half a block away that I recommend to use, because the street is very narrow and cars can be easily scratched.
The cleaning employees require better training to understand the need of privacy and silence of the vacationing guests.
