It was BEAUTIFUL! We loved the view so much, and the host was great! Only complain I have is the cleanings. We would find ants randomly around and in our beds, my gf woke up getting bit. Also the middle room had a huge yellow stain on the bed sheets and the pillows smelled really dirty. I would love to stay here again in the future but I would definitely ask to make sure its clean properly next time

Wi-Fi was good. Netflix was easy to get to. room was very clean. Pool and Jacuzzi, very clean. The Hosts were the best. Host was promt courteous and informative Felt very safe there. Slept with the windows open to listen to the ocean. Great little beach right down below. With tide pools. Right next to the rosarito beach nightclubs, but far enouthe way no noise. Only thing I could say that was incorrect in bathroom details were no bidets

I loved the view of the ocean, how quiet it was, i felt completely safe, the downtown area was really close, the property was so nice and cozy and beautiful. I will book again in the future

Our trip happened during the Pineapple Express. We got about 10 minutes of sun (5min each day) so the beach access was locked. The property is nice and comfortable. With the 5mins of sun it’s gorgeous. I assumed there was a washer and dryer but that’s on me. The Lavomatic up the road had 30lbs of laundry washed and folded in 3 hrs for $20. Puerto Nuevo down the road has about 15 seafood restaurants that are good. They compete for your business. I would go back.

These villas are perfect for a getaway with a group of people/family. There are 3 villas side by side. Each being 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms. Ocean views, access to the beach, and the hot tub and pool are right in front of the villas.if you have ever visited Mexico before, you know security will not allow visitors, so having your group together and still have your own space was perfect. Courtney the owner was always just a message away, and she would respond promptly. All the rooms had King size beds and for Mexico, the beds were pretty comfortable. We mist definitely will book these villas again in the future!

Property location is great a few minutes from Rosarito Hotel. A little to far to walk there but only a couple of minutes in the car. Property is safe and clean. The condo is great one of the best locations in the whole community. In fact the owner probably has the 3 best units in regards to location in the whole park. Owners are great and communicated through out my stay. Great stay and will come back.

Great quiet location close to great restaurants and right on the beach and in front of the pool

This is my second time staying in this location. We went for a quick getaway because the kids were out of school for a few days. Watching the sunset from the rooftop or from the kitchen is something I love doing. We were able to see a school of dolphins swimming right off the beach and the kids thought it was really cool. If you’re looking for a quick getaway this is the perfect place. I can’t wait to get back! When I return I will definitely do some surf fishing. The check-in process and communication of the host was awesome.

We were looking for a quick getaway and this place was perfect. The condo was super clean, the rooms and beds were great and comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and the patio/view is lovely.
I highly recomnend staying here. Great for a family or your group of friends.
Commication with Marco and Courtney was fantastic. They had all the information ready and responded to any questions quickly.

Beautiful Villa with Ocean view and Pool
Loved the layout of this place and having the option of the pool and the ocean is an added bonus. The ocean was rather cool in April but the pool was perfect. Also loved that the villa has a large updated TV with options for Disney+, Hulu, and Netflix. Just be sure to sign out of your profile if you do use it to access any of those services. Service from the host was always available and they were quick to reply. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Family Getaway
This vacation rental was the perfect getaway for our family! The beach is beautiful with fine sand and waves that were strong enough to boogie board but not too strong. The pool was the perfect temperature and well-maintained. It seems that the property is in a primarily Spanish-speaking part of town and it is not in the heart of the touristy part of Rosarito. But this was fine for us! We appreciated the 24-hour security and the guards were kind and helpful. One challenge to consider is that if you don't have a passport card to scan and just have the passport book, you can wait a long time in line to get back into the US. We waited 3 hours from 9-12 on a Thursday morning. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Great little get away spot!
Everything was exactly as described. Rooms were immaculately clean, front gate & grounds people were maintaining the property and the view was beautiful. The villa was also very spacious and modern. The pool was very warm, almost too warm and there was an odor outside that I’m sure was beyond the host’s control. When you turn onto the path for this villa (#51) you will notice the very first one is numbered 51 but that is actually 57 so don’t make the same mistake we did, keep going to the correct 51!

The view and sounds of the waves make this stay so blissful. The house was super clean and very well equip. The host was attentive to all of our request that she could possibly help with.
Our only complain will be the beds. Other than that was the perfect location, view, and ambiance .

In love with Villa Amor
We stayed at Villa Amor for a quick weekend celebrating my in-laws anniversary. The house was extremely clean and beautiful. Cortney is very attentive and great to work with. Her response time and correspondence is the best I’ve dealt with. The kitchen is a little sparse and could use a few items but we will definitely be back. The guards and groundskeepers are PHENOMENAL

My family and I recently stayed at villa amor for my husbands birthday. Courtney made the process so smooth, any question I had was answered immediately. She’s a super host! The views were amazing and the pool was amazing.

Perfect vacation getaway
The villa is just like the pictures. It is clean, spacious and I the beds are super comfy! It has the perfect ocean/pool view and the spa was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here again!
