The location was fabulous! Exploring the surrounding was like in a fairytale! We had half bord and dinner was very delicious, breakfast as well! Very nice and friendly staff.

loved the comfort of the room accept the toilet was too cold and water was not hot enough and shower space was too tight that every shower the toilet seat will be all wet.

the breakfast was only 1Hr from 8-9am and when the tour group came to eat breakfast, there was no more orange juice and they told us to wait for sausages and they had no more orange juice for hotel guests. Staff were quite rude i witnessed them telling other hotel guests off and at 9am sharp they took all the food away without informing hotel guests that they are taking the food away. We arrived at 8:05 and food was not out yet. i wouldn't stay there again. and few of guests we met said the same thing. but the elf village activities were amazing. the owner of the sled dogs was lovely and we had a good ride. just the restaurant staff and their attitude was not right at all. it is unfortunate.

the view was perfect. if i have lived near enough i would have visited this hotel frequently.

The Location at Tontulla (Elves Hideaway) is unique. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Lappland they built 11 new pyramides. At the Café they serve delicious breakfast with Finnish/lappish food. stuff people (Elves) are very friendly and helpful. They even have a Reindeer Whisperer :).

Suggestions: inside the Pyramide it’s a bit dark, an additional light would be great. And outiside the artificial light was too bright for watching the Northern Lights from the pyramids, it would be better to switch them off ;) It was a bit difficult to get food after 4 p.m. when the Café closes. (But they made soup and sandwiches after request)
