Badbugs everywhere, furniture in the kitchen, and at all fotos is more prettier than reality.

3 Zimmer, davon 2 mit integriertem Bad. Grosser Tisch mit Platz für alle. Bequeme Betten. Fahrstuhl. Vermieterin erreichbar.

In einem Zimmer kam ständig nur kaltes Wasser. Zimmersafe war geschlossen und nicht zu öffnen (Gebrauchsanweisung wäre nicht schlecht). Erstes Treffen kam nicht zustande. Nach mehreren Reklamationen wegen der kalten Dusche kam die Vermieterin am dritten Tag und auch ein Handwerker, der allerdings die Spüle völlig schmutzig zurück ließ.

Nice beds and kitchen area.

The key collection information was not sent prior to arrival leading me to expect someone to meet me. I had to call the owner and chase the information. The unit had three bathrooms but the hot water was only working in one of them. The owner was informed but not really interested. We devised a work around but never got hot water to the main bathroom. You expect better when paying over 300 euros a night.

Good location. Very comfortable.

Very clean and nice set up. Close to the Colosseum and restaurants with about a 15 minute walk. The owner was very responsive, accommodating and helpful.

We were a family of 4 so could have used more towels and toilet paper. We weren’t out and got our own.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It easily fit our family of 6. It was equipped with real air conditioning if you are staying during the hottest months. It was also within walking distance to the Colosseum.

Although it's very close to the Colloseum, it was far away from the other main attractions. Finding a taxi was difficult when we wanted to return.

Location was great to walk to all the relevant sights, rooms are nice. 3 bathrooms für 3 bedrooms is great.

House is a bit noisy, but that can't be helped. Kitchen equipment is minimalistic and should be renewed.
