We loved everything during our stay. The appartment was warm and cozy, clean and comfortable. Maria and all the staff were amazing ans helpful. The food was great! It’s very close to Penkenbahn and the city center! I definetly recommend this hotel and will comeback when I go to Mayrhofen!

Location is fantastic, the room was cozy and clean. The dinner was the best I ever had in my life. It felt like visiting my grandma's house, not a restaurant. I am looking foward to come back! Thank's a lot for such a beautiful hospitality!!

The family were very friendly and welcoming, the apartment was spotlessly clean very spacious and airy. The location was excellent for both the town and gondola stations. Continental breakfast was delicious and the bread buns were the best we've ever tasted.

The beds were exceptionally hard well beyond firm (however this was rectified with some mattress toppers upon request). Towels were old and small. Only an hour slot for evening meal. Food was excellent quality but very limited choice, soup every day for starter, choice of two mains and a dessert sadly most nights didn't suit our palate.

we stayed in the Joggl part. the rooms are not very modern, the main bed was okay, but it cannot be separated into two beds so I had to use the sofa and the sofa is not good as a bed

breakfast buffet runs out of food quite quickly, need to get up early

great location a minute away from the Gandolla and 20 meters from the green line to the glacier, from start they made it feel like at home with a regular sitting place for breakfast and dinner, the food was great at a point we we’re really waiting for dinner to see what they will make, the room was big and clean overall great experience

1. they didn’t tell us that beers we took at dinner were extra and charged at at the end of our stay 2. we barely had Wi-Fi connection in the living room but everywhere else it worked fine

We stayed was a family run guesthouse Viktoria abs Landhaus Joggl. The hosts were gracious and hospitable. We were impressed by the quality and variety of vegetarian meals we had there. There were lovely alpine decorations throughout the town, with pine trees lit up with fairy lights all over.

There could have been more activities related to Christmas. It was very quite over the festive season likely due to the pandemic... Hence there was nothing special to mark Christmas.

Hotel did not give us comfort room with balcony and mountains view which we have booked and paid. They told us they have no comfort rooms with balcony for us available. They put us into dark room without light and balcony at ground floor. This was simply cheating.

Absolutely every was perfect. We were greeted as friends, not guests. Our room was spectacular, with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner. I highly recommend Hotel Viktoria.
