The hotel facilities is one of the most complete one in batu, the view from room is excited you can see Mount Panderman or Mount Arjuno
The pool is small, some furniture at the room & bathroom need to well maintain

When we tried to sleep late at night, we still heard very loud music from the hotel's pool bar on the 2nd floor (and we're on the 7th floor!)

Price is not that expensive
The corridor is very noisy at night. Lots of people running around and talk loudly.
There was a morning class around the swimming pool with massive loussy and very loud music at freaking 6AM. I am not sure why the management and/or hotel allowed it to happen.
Our trip was supposed to be a family getaway with 4 years old kid but we had struggled to fall asleep due to the noise at night and "forced" to wake up very early in the morning due to some loussy event around the pool.

Breakfast was awesome! There were lots of food varieties and different choices to choose from. Truly filling and fabulous.
Poor lighting inside each room - rooms are a bit dark. It would have been nice if rooms were adequately illuminated.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant offers a wide variety of both international and local cuisine. The hotel has an amazing view of the surrounding mountains.
The bathroom tiles are rather discoloured.

Great location. Good breakfast food. They have water dispenser in every floor. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Accomodating staff.
A bit noisy outside. You can hear the noise of the people from the rooms in your floor. There was a time too that we smelled the food being cooked somewhere.

Very clean. All staff were helpfull. Breakfast is good
Noises from alley could be heard from the bedroom. Luckily our neighbors didn't make loud noises during our stay.

the staffs are friendly, the security team are excellent , spacious parking lot, delicious breakfast, the room and the facilities were great
need more soundproofing inside the room , i can hear every voices inside the room if I walk in the corridor and also can hear voices outside the room

Water for drinking is not available in the room, you should fill your jug with dispenser in the hallway hotel in front of room. Or, you pay a 1,5 litre bottle mineral water that available in your room
