Staff not friendly and I forgot an item in the room and they did not take any responsibility for returning it.

The location and the staff were amazing. They have Everything you need at the hotel, and town is very close to all the great restaurants and shopping.

Front desk staff = they are there only to follow process and rules. 4 people with no capacity to deal with customers. My client experience at check in was awful. We booked through booking.com, my husband was not registered so, they wouldn't allow us to do the check in unless we ask booking.com to change it ???!!! I was not able to update the booking. The app was not responding. They made me talked with the hotel reservations office (???) But the lady on the phone told me that nothing can be done because my reservation was through booking.com... The staff (4 at the front desk) said that they can not changed the info in the system.... I got mad, I was going to sleep in the hotel and my husband in the car???? Hahaha, so ridiculous. I asked them to call a manager. 20 minutes later the manager came saying they will charge eur 7 more for adding my husband which of course we have no problem. We have an awful situation when with eur 7 the could have solved it in 5 seconds?? The manager nor the staff apologized for the inconveniences. They only keep saying that they follow the process.... They have been so much brained washed about the process that they do not think about the customer experience/satisfaction. The manager only was able to say have a nice stay, have a nice stay..... Extend the stay = when we arrived we asked if we can stay 2 instead of 1 night as booked. They told us that we need to do it on line. On line there was a minimum 3 night stay.... The front desk was not able to do manage our request on the systems. The funny thing is that the hotel was not fully booked, so they lost the potential income of having an additional night.... Carpets = carpets are very dirty/ Inside pool = it is cold - NO towels available al 6 pm

There was entertainment most nights the staff was excellent.

Loved the beds and the friendly staff. We arrived early and they let us sit by the pool until our room was ready and when it was they allowed us to check in early. The loungers and umbrellas were very comfortable too. The rooms were full of plug points which was very helpful. They also brought me a cake to my room because they knew it was my birthday. It was very special.

Breakfast was great! Staff was great! Pool area was also great. I wish there was more of a beach access and availability to go sit, if there is, it wasn't clear.

The rooms are really nice, however, the carpet in the rooms were pretty dirty. they need to be well cleaned. That really bothered me.

Poor room lighting, can't see a thing for make up girls..... Taxis needed for lagos €15 return as a heads up. Aqua aerobics.... Seriously not needed for a luxury stay. Noisy and annoying when relaxing by the pool. Food is expensive in the snack bar and poor service. Only one staff female member was any good and polite. Only do bed and breakfast, better outside restaurants in lagos and local area Elderly will struggle at this hotel, poor lifts and very bad paving around the pool, many trips and falls so beware. Missing a shop nearby... Only 4 complimentary coffee capsules.... They charge for literally everything...even ice was €7 delivery charge to room.... Madness....

I was very happy to go to a hotel that had a sport facility, gym and sauna. However the hotel only allows one person or family to enter the spa at any time. You have to book a time in advance. This is dumb and highly annoying We had to pay 7 euro a night for parking!?!

Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of options and very easy access to the beach. The hotel has free parking and there are always spaces. Complimentary water dispensers!

The room could be better maintained (there were some stains on the chair, curtains and carpet). It was clean though. Also, the options at the snack bar are a bit limited. I had been there before so i knew the hotel and what to expect but i don't think it is a 5*.

The front receptionist. Really unprofessional, bad attitude, not helpful. Your bigger room should have their own towls for the private pool. They kept telling me to go downstairs to get towels and I am like I am wet. They didn't bring up drinks. I ended up buying my own.

Beautiful location right at the beach. Stunning views from our suite. Lovely cool pool and very chic finishes. The staff are extremely friendly and the resort was very clean. There's a shuttle bus to take you to and from Lagos (queue early to get a seat!) Nice selection of food albeit only one restaurant for dinner but the restaurant and snack bar for lunch.

It's a family friendly resort so there were a lot of children about (we expected this). Perhaps an adults only area at the pool / in the restaurant would improve the service.
