The condo was just as the online listing and reviews said. Jeremy was a great host. With the bedrooms being in the back it got very loud especially with the motorcycles and other loud vehicles. The ocean waves would have better.

This unit was everything and more! VERY clean!! The view was amazing. The unit had everything you needed for thr beach and pool so you didn't have to buy it or travel with it. I'd absolutely rent this unit again!

The condo is very nice and we loved the location in Tower 1. The layout and furnishings are so nice, so glad we picked this condo. The pictures don't lie. I was initially anxious w the 11th floor condo location (with only 2 elevators), but we never waited very long, even on check in day. Tower 1 is so close to the main pool, cabanas, and restaurant - we so enjoyed our trip! We traveled for a baseball tournament and our condo by far was the nicest one out of our team!

The pre arrival communication was very helpful. The place upon arrival was clean and beautiful. The pictures were spot on. The view was spectacular. The resort was clean. ( every morning, the pool and grounds were being cleaned and prepared for a new day).

This condo is very spacious. The living space has lots of light and views of the pool and beach. Beds were comfortable. This condo has one of the best equipped kitchens with quality items, including decent knives, of any rental I have stayed in. The washer and dryer are a great convenience. We did have one issue while we were there and the owner Jeremy responded immediately and remedied the situation. I would recommend this rental.

We had a great time staying here for a month with our three young children. Edgewater is a great location - the pool and restaurant are wonderful, and the other amenities on-site make it easy and convenient to be there. The unit itself has a great set-up for short or long stays. There were sufficient linens, kitchen tools, and living and dining room seating. We REALLY loved and appreciated the fully stocked closet of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and inflatables. Overall, this was a truly lovely place to stay!

I thought the condo looked pretty in the pictures but the pictures don't do it justice. This condo is beautiful and fully stocked. They even supplied dishwasher and laundry detergent to get you started. There are fun board games to use and a closet full of chairs, umbrellas and floats. I brought all of these things and I'm excited to not have to drag them with me next time if we rent this condo. The property is awesome. I've actually been going to Edgewater since I was 6 when it first opened. The pool and amenities can't be beat. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Panama 2022
We loved everything about this condo and the resort the amenities are basically anything you can think of they have it all and the location is perfect. The only issue we had is the listing said it came with a tent and four chairs so we didn’t take any and it has plenty of chairs but there was no tent but there was some unusable umbrellas so I had to go buy a couple umbrellas but no big deal. Actually when the owner sent my final check in packet it mentioned chairs but not a tent so it was my bad for not paying attention. So I highly recommend this unit and we are very grateful Jeremy let us call this unit home for a week we wish it was for longer.

Perfect condo!
Listing is exactly as described - exceeded our expectation! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and lots of space. Kitchen is well appointed if you prefer to cook during your stay. Fantastic view of lagoon pool and beach from balcony. We love Edgewater because of the amenities on-site: fun evening activities, restaurant, ice cream shop, Starbucks, etc. Also loved that the host provided beach umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards - wow! It was everything we hoped for and more - a perfect vacation. Jeremy is very responsive and is great to work with as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Jeremy's condo. He was easy to communicate with and everything was as described and pictured. We chose the condo for the beautiful ocean view and onsite amenities. Having the restaurant and Starbucks coffee close by were very nice conveniences. It was cool during Spring break when we visited and the lagoon pool was a little too cold for us. We were able to use a couple of the heated pools as well as several of the hot tubs. Having a view of the ocean and beach access was a must for us and we were not disappointed! We enjoyed how close restaurants, entertainment, and stores were too us from the condo. If you are thinking about a visit to PCB, Jeremy's condo is the way to go!

The condo was as described. Super cute with a beautiful view of the ocean & quiet view of the pool & landscape. Ideal location to activities & restaurants. The place has a wonderful view. Worth every penny. We had so much fun. Dishwasher was broken the entire time but it didn’t ruin our good time. Very clean and neat please for a family vacation!

Panama City Family Vacation/Baseball Tournament
We had a wonderful vacation in Panama City! This condo was amazing. It was very clean, was arranged nicely, and had plenty of room for our family. The resort was also very nice and had many fun activities for our kids. We love that the pool stayed open later and the resort had nightly activities. Check-in was super quick and easy. Anytime we contacted the condo owner with questions, prior to or during our trip, he responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely visit this resort and condo again!!

This was a fantastic place to stay. If you're looking for a condo in a high rise place, you can't go wrong with this one. We were on a high floor with a great view of the beautiful beach and ocean. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. The amenities at the resort are great, and the location is not far from some great things to do and places to eat. Highly recommended!

Very nice beach condo in PCB
This is a nice property that has stunning views of the Gulf. We appreciated working with the owner, Jeremy, as he is extremely helpful and responsive. The condo has some nice modern updates with new flooring and decor. The owner is clearly putting time and effort into the renovations.

Great experience with owner and great location
Great stay it just really was hot in PCB and the Air conditioner was out suppose to get fixed Monday after we had got there Saturday but never did. Bedrooms where ok because they had big fans in them but living room and kitchen where super hot never got to own windows to see ocean because of the heat coming in windows which really wasn’t good because that’s what I like but overall good stay without air .

Excellent Condo and Resort
We had a great time! The condo is beautiful and so is the resort! We have no complaints! There were 1100 teenagers with church groups on site during our stay but the resort was able to accommodate them beautifully without it feeling like they were taking over. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!
Had the best time with my family so this condo. Loved the new updates and decor. The windows and view were incredible. You constantly knew you were staying on the beach and by the ocean. Entertaining too to see everyone at the pool. The owner was very nice and helpful. It was great!!!!!!

Great Stay In A Great Unit!
We couldn’t have asked for a better 1st time at Edgewater. Jeremy was awesome to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spacious and all their updates look great. Plenty of room and was a great place to stay. The amenities are perfect, especially with having kids. Restaurant and shop on the property are extremely convenient, and the pool is unbelievable. Great stay and we’ll be back to frequent the same spot with Jeremy’s unit!
