We spent the weekend with 12 people and it fitted us perfectly. There are 2 separate living areas and rooms are spread out well so you can be in. the action or escape from it. Proximity to the ocean and the walking trail are perfect and the big new oven was healthy supply of appliances were greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed a lovely family weekend in this large home. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location - backing onto the walk/cycle path and the beach.

we had a very pleasant holiday staying at this property. We had two families each with adults, teenagers and some older kids. Great location on the beach with bicycle pathway adjacent. Kids could skate/scooter all the way into town on the path. Property great for these ages as seperate space for the teens downstairs whilst adults can have quiet space upstairs. Marie has been very thoughtful with the small things that matter, like making sure there are plenty of cleaning products, bin bags, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cups for a crowd. Recommend A++

Wonderful stay for a group of 12 friends, (think its perfect for 10! to avoid using bunks) Very well set up with excellent provisions for eating at home. Great location for easy walking. The host Maria was amazing and answered all queries promptly and we appreciated her gift of Prosceco and Chocolates- Laundary was easy and great quality ordered form Aroma. Highly recommend for a fabulous relaxed stay!

Mana Magic was the perfect house for a large group - with bedrooms split over two levels and bathroom / toilet facilities on on each level. We were also pleasantly surprised by the kitchen facilities i.e. gas cooktop, large oven and plenty of cooking equipment and dishwasher. The house itself looks out over the bay with easy beach access, an outdoor shower and is set in a very quiet, relaxing location.

I spent a wonderful 4 days at the end of February 2015. The house was perfect for my husband, myself, 2 sons and daughter-in-laws and 5 grandchildren. Good sleeping accommodation for everyone, 3 fridges, garage we used as a playroom and a wonderful lounge and dining area with magnificent views of Jervis Bay. It is a perfect house for family reunion or get together.

We had a lovely stay. We had eight adults and 4 children in our party. The property had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The property has all the necessary amenities and items we needed to enjoy our time. The location is perfect and we swum every morning before breakfast at the beach in front, less than 30m walk. Marie is efficient and responsive. She made booking easy. All in all a wonderful stay.

This property had everything we could ask for!! We had 6 adults and 5 children with room to spare. The property was clean and well kept. The location was excellent, on the water, walking track into Huskisson and shopping centre at the end of the street. There was plenty of space for cars, boats and also a lovely grass area out the back. The owners were very easy to deal with. We would not hesitate recommending this property for families or groups of friends.

My friends and I we all had a fantastic time at the house, swimming, cooking and just enjoying the seaside views that the house offered. Been coming to this house for years and never had any problem at all. Marie was (as usual) very flexible re check in and out times. Just simply wonderful weekend.

WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!! (coupled with a rude and manipulative owner) I booked this property and we initially had great and friendly communication from the owner before settling into this property. Upon arrival we entered the home, only to find it was not cleaned from the previous tenants after the Real Estate said it had been cleaned (she actually phoned the cleaners while I was there who said the property was ready for us). There were food bits and pieces in the carpet, under beds, in the bathroom. Dirty children’s footsteps in the pantry, hair in the spa, downstairs smelt like it hadn’t been aired in months (musty). Everything was greasy and sticky – balustrades, cupboards,and door handles. Although the cleaners came to fix this within the hour, we were left with a property that wasn’t clean. I remained in the house to tell the cleaner what needed to be cleaned and she quoted “we don’t clean the balcony floors” (which were filthy) and we had to clean ourselves. She also stated that she doesn’t wash the cushion covers – all chairs in the kitchen area, dining and lounge were and possibly still are covered in food stains and bits of food - tomato seeds etc. The cleaners acknowledged this and flipped them upside down as a solution. I asked if I could wash them and she said I had better not as they may shrink. There was one cane round chair that had a cushion covered so badly in mould and stains that the cleaner’s only solution was to wrap the seat in a spare sheet! This was just not good enough! The property is advertised as having a “spa”. The spa jets are filled with black mould, which gave my daughter hives on the first night! We were unable to use the spa thereon. It was advertised as having a working spa. The property is divided into 2 homes – the main is upstairs, but the downstairs is small, dark and stank like a second hand shop. My mother spent most of the time upstairs with us. I emailed the owners after our stay and was met with rejection – the property owner initially offered a price discount on our next stay, but no compensation for the state of the house we lived in or the non-working spa. I would NEVER stay at that property again. I told them this and I asked for fairness in the matter, considering the property was advertised with a spa, and the furniture was littered with food stains. He replied that he was offended that I called his home dirty and continued with “Choose your words wisely when you write the review as I can substantiate that you

We had a great holiday here over the Christmas Period. The house is in a perfect spot with the beach being literally on the doorstep and shops only minutes away. The decor of the house is dated, which wouldn't have been an issue; but it rained heavily during our stay and the roof leaked. We were charged an extra cleaning fee which I felt unjust as we left the property in a spotless condition. Having never experienced this before (and we've stayed in many holiday properties) I felt this was unnecessary and unfair.

We recently spent a long weekend at Mana Magic for a 40th birthday celebration and absolutely loved the place. The place is very spacious and the bright and the view of the bay is spectacular. We have stayed at many other places in the area and this place was by far the best. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mana Magic was a great property for our recent family holiday! The location was excellent as the beach was behind the property and there were shops nearby. The house was large, with clean comfortable rooms and the open living/dining/kitchen area meant we could all socialise and eat & drink together, plus the kitchen was well stocked. We got a chance to check out Hyams beach and Huskisson for day trips too. Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location. Very well appointed house. House is lovely - all the essentials of home, and lots more. Lots of rooms for extended family or 2 families. Lots of room for cars, boats etc. Communication from owner was great. We had a fantastic time! Thank you.

9 of us girls (I use that term loosely, we were celebrating my 50th) stayed for a long weekend and had a fabulous time. We loved siting on the balcony, eating breakfast or later sipping wine looking out through the trees to the water. Falling asleep each night listening to the waves was SO relaxing. The living area was big enough for us all to play games around the big table comfortably. The local beaches were divine. Love, love, loved it!

Back again for another relaxing week at Mana Magic, we all love this beach house, its gorgeous views of Collingwood Beach and its location. Its the complete package!
