We loved our stay at country beach on Cassia Avenue. The accommodation was lovely - good spaces, clean and great kitchen facilities. Really enjoyed the spa after a day of driving. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and we will stay again if visiting Coolum again

Disaster! Arrived at property to discover already occupied due to double booking with another accommodation platform. Contacted host who apologised and said they 'thought they had fixed the issue' (must have happened before). Had to source alternate accommodation - with nothing similar available nearby.
Host promised to immediately refund fully paid fee, but no refund and no contact from host 5 days later despite having mobile and email details. To avoid disappointment do not risk booking this property!

A bit off putting when you can't park the car near entrance and only way in is through the easement for storm water drain. BBQ clogged, needed cleaning. TV cable stuck in with bluetack, need repairman. microwave malfunctioned, wouldn't stop at time selected, kept going and blew the circuit breaker. Tatty uncomfortable lounge, rust under jar lids in cupboard. Spa needs a service.
Attention to detail will rectify.

Appreciate that they may have emptied the spa for hygiene reasons however a spa was the attraction offering a nice hot spa and relax.
If you’re staying just one night and it’s been cleaned the spa won’t heat fast enough as on arrival at 4 pm in it was 29 degrees C and at 9 pm just 33 barely enough heat to feel warm. Sadly on departure it was 37 which would have been just right.

This property was better than m I imagined. At the last minute it ended up being just me able to stay due to a family illness. I was super comfortable and felt safe.
It was really peaceful and it was a joy to be able to bring my pups with me.
The jacuzzi was perfect and the location, amazing!!!!
I had trouble finding the place as I arrived after dark and the solar lights weren’t working.
Other than that, a perfect stay! Thank you and I hope to return.

It was very easy. Loved the deck and spa. Beautiful area and lovely cottage. The only downside was the long grass in laneway to get to Cottage as I'm allergic to the long weeds that grow. Guessing this is Council responsibility and that they don't mow regularly.

It was worth its value, tidy modern and lots of privacy, and all amenities were available, just bring yr food. Coles, Dan Murphy's are 5 minutes away 😉👌

A hidden gem oasis near coolum beach
I was lucky to stay at this great dog friendly property hidden in the back streets of coolum recently and can’t wait to come back again. The spa and deck on the property is great for a post beach swim and relaxation time. The lounge area is large, bedroom and bathroom new and tidy. For those that love to eat in the holiday home the kitchen is large too. 10/10

Great short stay in Coolum. Clean and well appointed, convenient location, spa was wonderful. We took our Labrador dog, who had a great time at the local dog beach

Return visitors from the Gold Coast
This was our second stay, and as before, the cottage was immaculate and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The spa is fabulous after a busy day. Our little Boston Terrier is so at home there. Thank you Samantha, we will definitely be back.

Cozy and comfortable
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean, tidy and very comfortable. It was private and quiet and provided everything we needed. The beach is only a short walk away. Communication with the property manager is very good. All up, we'd highly recommend it

Weekend retreat
Our stay was lovely. Nice to be able to play music on their little boombox while relaxing. Not really suitable for a small dog. Did enjoy it and would go back again.

Perfect little getaway for my birthday. Everything needed is supplied. The property was very clean. The place has an amazing vibe especially with the outdoor area. The hot tub was awesome on the deck. We will definitely be back.

A very relaxing stay in a well renovated, quiet, and comfortable property.
My friend and I (both mums with toddlers) escaped here for a relaxing night without our kids. It was the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful stay. We had an afternoon with drinks in the spa that was incredibly relaxing with a leafy outlook and no noisy neighbors to be heard. The space was perfect for us and I would revisit here in a heartbeat.
I had to make contact with property manager Samantha during check in as I got a little lost finding the property. She was friendly and helpful and got us to our destination quickly.
We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this to anyone after a relaxing little get away.

Wow. What can I say. What a great place to stay! A short walk to the beach, an AWESOME jacuzzi and so nice and clean and had everything we needed including a speaker for our music. We will definitely be back. Such a great location!!!

Great dog friendly property in quiet area
Great little dog friendly property in a quiet street in Coolum Beach. Try to avoid arriving after dark because the entry is down a very dark easement and is a little hard to find. Otherwise close to beach and shops. Lovely clean space and the spa is great.

Great little holiday flat, clean and modern facilities but only access is along an uneven drainage easement and is terrible at night, particularly if wet weather encountered .

Fabulous winter retreat
Easy short walk to the beach for our pup to enjoy a run on the dog friendly beach. Great restaurants and convenient shops, no need to use the car. Plus a great way to end the

Tranquil and relaxing place to stay
We were travelling to the area for a wedding and this little place was perfect for a few nights away.
The spa was a great little treat to relax in and the rest of the unit was spacious, modern and clean.
Would return in the future for sure.

We found your home was perfect for our needs and your description on your site was very accurate , the only minus is your directions to find the place, may I suggest putting a sign on the fence at the Cassia ave end pointing to the property?

Great little place for parents, only feedback was, that the long walk to entrance is possibly a good thing to mention if it is for elderly, and lighting in that passage with large drain could be a hazard coming back after dark.Otherwise lovely spot.

Beautiful and secluded cottage (given the area). Very clean, tidy and well presented. The spa is an added bonus.
