The room was lovely and comfortable. It was very spacious and had a homely feeling. The shower was good and the bed was comfy. It was very clean and a perfect distance from the train station where it was easy to get into Rome. It was lovely getting to see Frascati.
The breakfast was limited - not an issue for us.

I wish we could stay longer! We had a great slept over. The breakfast was very tasty too, great coffee, spremuta e croissant do crema.
Lot of stairs but we knew about it and we were asked before if it's ok for us and our children!!! 💟💟💟 and it definitely was worth it!!

This was a lovely place to stay for my three-day trip to Frascati! It was in a very central location; I was able to walk easily to everything including restaurants and the train station, which was only 5 minutes away. The terrace was very nice, and I spent a few hours up there reading during sunset. The host was a pleasure to chat with, and extremely helpful as well :) I highly, highly recommend staying here!

Didn’t realize there were so many stairs to get to the room - be aware of traveling with suitcases. Also because of central location quite noisy.

The apartments are located in the very center, it is very lively around, full of bars and cafes, while the noise of the street does not interfere with sleep. For the breakfast guests are sent to historical Bar degli specchi, very near and with an excellent coffee and pastries. In the Apartments there is also possibility to prepare tea or coffee, to go to the beautiful terrace with a cup of tea and relaxed there. The hostess Maddalena is very nice person, ready to help with everything. All rooms are very clean, three are many pleasant and cozy little things.
