Casa molto piccola e bagno troppo piccolo e non pulitissimo.

Appartamento pulito, ben attrezzato

Very clean, very comfortable, good lighting. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bed linens were clean and fresh. The decor showed the host's good taste👌🏾. Antonella is a great host. And the location is just close to the charming city center. The place is big enough to accomodate a family of up to 5 if you ask me.

Parking can be tricky. One has to read carefully signs to avoid towing.

Location is good very near to centre of town, and quite near to railway station. Apartment is located between two quiet smallroads where is minimal trafic. No trafic noice. All you can hear is the visitors of 2 others Timone 31 appartments. Also noice of party people passing by during Weekendnights is annoying. Quality is high and place is clean.

Good silence except other guests and drunken bypassers during all night at weekends. No Windows to see easily out. ( 3 bedrooms apartment, that is really 2 bedrooms). Small kitchen where looks is more important than funtionality. Sofa bed is located so that If you plan to use it there is no room for kitchen table. No cleaning included even at longer stays. You need to go and buy your own toilet paper.

The appartment is gorgeous, especially the spacious terrace with furniture. Everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful with tips. He left us a delicious desert and bottles of water. There was everything for cooking, oil, salt...also cleaning supplies. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of june and every time we found free parking space in around 100m from the appartment. We highly recommend this apartment:)

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The lady checking us in went above and beyond to make sure we were able to park in a place nearby, and helped us navigate the area at the beginning. The wifi worked well, the flat was spotless and the welcome cake tasted amazing (I wish I knew what it was called, so I could bake it at home!). There is an iron, ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher. The location was also great: close to a supermarket, beach and a lovely city square. Overall the flat felt spacious and we were all comfortable. Check in was very simple and checking out even more so. Hosts were always quick to reply to questions.

The bin system seemed overly complicated: various colours for various types of rubbish, but no bin for "general" or non-recycable waste. The flat could get a little bit cold at night. Not a lot of space for parking, though you can park on the beach about a 10 minute walk from there. No oven/kettle and not much cooking equipment in general (like a baking tray, mixing utensils etc.). The shampoo dried out hair very very quickly, so I recommend buying your own if you can.
