Despite following the instructions I was unable to use WiFi or get the internet.

Top location, 5min by foot to the skilift. Lady very welcoming at arrival! 100 € cash deposit at check in, back at check out. Everything you need is at hand in the appartement, great!

Two pointa of improvement in the bathroom: we sadly did not have warm water in the evening and had to shower with our friends across. Nexto that was the bathroom not 100% clean, but thaf might me my own interpretation of course. But overall very happy, would come back for a sjort trip!

Very close to the ski area Klínovec, the apartment had all kitchen equipment, everything was clean, Mrs. Kratochvílovâ was very friendly and helpful

The land owner did not speak any english or german.

The Location is great, very close to the pist, and the surrounding is also Beautiful, in the middle of nauture and very quiet. The Apartment is very big with Sofa, kitchen, big television, microwave...almost everything there. You really fell like at home. There are also Pasta, oil and Ketchup, you can cook directly.

The staff speak very Little English or German, and the Reception is a bit hard to find. The television doesn't work all the time, the shower room is a bit small and the Tower smells not so good.
