Hmmm, maybe the number 1b on the door as was a little unsure if I was unlocking the correct place (the unit is, literally a boat shed with a shed door).

The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, comfortable and in a great location.

Quaint property, good location, Close to main street and beach, nearby park was a bit noisy from local youngsters but it didn't go on all night.

Nice quiet location with easy walk to headland and beaches. Beautifully finished kitchen and bathroom, large walk-in shower and comfortable bed.

Difficult to open windows in kitchen and bedroom.

The converted boatshed is amazing. Great setup. Lots of amenity, lovely kitchen, heaps of utensils. Lovely outdoor area. Liked having two luggage racks, thanks. Comfortable and ample sofas. Wonderful bathroom. We loved all the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. Really good bed, with excellent reading lights. Relaxing place!

Nothing the hosts could deal with - next door is a lit playground, so families can gather there into the night, with a bit much 'screaming' up till 10pm. There was also a minor issue - there are security lights on the front of the little building, on timers well into the night. These shine through cracks in the front old doors, so bedroom is not 'dark'! If these could be switchable it would be good, or the timers cut off at 10pm maybe? And put this in the compendium?

Great place and great location! It has everything you could want or need. The perfect place to stay in Sawtell.
