Mold in the Bathroom and just dirty Bathroom in General, there was a Pizza Box from someone else with Pizza still in it on the Balcony

Room was uncomfortable, shabby and unclean. Furniture was dusty, floor was dirty, balcony was filthy with old uncleared ashtray. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one very soft pillow provides, no second pillow provided when asked. Grounds scruffy and uncared for.old hair in the shower plug hole and bathroom smelt disgusting

The bed was Awesome!! I slept very good here.
The reception staff were amazing helpful and friendly, I needed some documents printed and scanned and they were very helpful and accommodating.
The location wasn't ideal for someone who wants to go and enjoy the night life. However, if your stopping over to sleep, then it's worth it. The hotel was nice.

We were late arriving and the directions to retrieve the key was clear and simple. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented.
There were some small repairs that needed to be done which would have made the room look nicer.

Limited options for breakfast; The rooms had not good floor. In one room we booked the laminaat was having big gaps showing floor below. The carpet was not clean from rooms

This area is too dark during night time. Not every rooms equipped with air conditioner. No curtain inside my room

A clean room, a good bed but no hot water (tea and coffee) and no fridge. So those 3 stars, I don't know where they come from. Due to COVID-19 even no breakfast. The hotel have had it's best times but ok for quiet and clean sleeping. The city centre, 3 km, was very nice.

I ordered and I paid a room with a double bed and i received a room with two beds... Mistake. The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses very soft and old, my recommendation for the hotel is to change these mattresses. It was not a relaxing weekend there..
