The apartment was very clean, and the host communicated with us well about how to check in. The location was perfect, and we took lovely walks without having to take the car anywhere. Being walking distance from excellent coffee/pastries, as well as the beach, was exactly what we were looking for. It was a nice plus that there were beach umbrellas and chairs to borrow.
I did feel that the cost was a little high for what we got, and neither the bed nor the pullout were very comfortable. (But perhaps my barometer for what's reasonable in Ogunquit is off.)
My biggest issue is that the windows had insufficient blocking of light, as well as very loud ACs, and I slept badly the first night; a sleep mask from CVS helped some the following few nights.

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. It was exactly as described and would stay again if we are ever in Ogunquit. If you’re renting that property, you really don’t need a car unless you want to discover other surrounding areas. My husband and I really enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and restaurants daily as the property was in a really good location. The property was clean, up to date, and had everything we needed. Andrew and Richard was a pleasure to deal with, they even let us know the day before if we could check in early. We had the best trip ever and staying in the property really helped contribute to that! Thank you!

We had an amazing time! We had everything we needed and were at walking distance from the beach and downtown Ogunquit which is what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend in Ogunquit! The lodging was centrally located with a short walk to downtown and right above Food For Thought which is one of our favorite summer restaurants. The space itself was bigger than we expected and had everything you need for either a weekend away or an extended vacation. We will definitely be back!

Nice property but some things could be better. For example:
. Master bathroom sink was dirty and slow to drain
. The floor by nighttable was stained.
. The bedroom quilt was stained.
. Behind sofa was dusty. We found a feather in addition to the stuffed toy.
. Knives in butcher block had to be washed before using.

Awesome location. Quick walk to the downtown! Short walk to the beach. Restaurant out front was delicious!! Accommodations were perfect. Clean and nicely decorated! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!!

Our first time in Ogunquit - loved it! Apartment was perfect size, having 2 bathrooms was nice and small kitchen perfect. Walk to town and Beach - we liked Foot Bridge Beach best (very close). Would stay again!

The rental was perfect for our stay in Ogunquit! Exactly as it appeared in the pictures, and a quick walk to the shops, restaurants and Ogunquit beach, just a little further to footbridge. Though located right on Main street and attached to a restaurant, there was no issue with outside noise. The host was great at communicating with us, made sure that we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend, and we would stay here again in the future!

Perfect place for a family of 3 visiting Ogunquit! Walking distance to downtown and beaches. We loved having the full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. This place has everything you need!

From booking to the end of our stay, our hosts made sure we had a wonderful vacation. The rental was spacious, clean, comfortable (best sofa bed ever!) and fully stocked with everything we could need. The condo is a short walk to town and the beach—a super easy walk for our 5 year old and short drive to Perkins cove. Also appreciate the beach chairs and carts provided, 5 star location and hosts all around!

The property was lovely (looks just like the pictures!) and was perfect for my husband and I, along with our two teenagers. It was outfitted with everything needed (from beach towels and chairs to a Keurig machine). And it was easy to walk into town and to the beach. The owner was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. We'd stay here again for sure!

The apartment was ok. It was clean enough and it was located fairly close to downtown which was nice, but it was just far enough out that it wasn’t part of the quaint town. The property itself was very run down. Porches needed to be painted, stair carpeting was worn through, the parking lot was in shambles and there was no landscaping. It clearly is a renovated motel, had that feel to it, and wasn’t very inviting . Definitely didn’t have the quaint Ogunquit feel to it. I don’t think I would stay there again but it wasn’t terrible.

Really enjoyed our stay here
Wife and I came up to Maine for the holiday celebrations. We found the condo centrally located and a short walk to town. Rooms are well kept and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed to cook up a meal. Owners are easy to work with and communicate well . Looking forward to staying here again.

Great for what it is - nice clean condo close to town
My wife and I found this somewhat last minute. 3 nights for our anniversary. Place is newly renovated. A small but workable kitchen with full size appliances. Everything was clean and in good order. We could walk to Ogunquit, even walked to the beach/Marginal way. Owners are very professional, very nice, very responsive. We had a small problem with the refrigerator that they took care straight away, even buying us lunch at the restaurant (which is very good but a big southern influence to the menu.) Overall, we had a great experience and would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Very nice, cozy rental
My family enjoyed our stay here. It was a nicely renovated little place — my husband was pleasantly surprised when we walked in the door! — and the owners were very accommodating and professional. The sofa bed didn’t look super comfortable but our kids slept in it perfectly well without complaint.

Maine getaway
This was our second visit to this property, and again our experience was very positive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were also very comfortable with the procedures in place to handle the COVID-19 situation. The property is exactly how it is listed and has everything you need for your stay. We love that it is walking distance to various restaurants and town and close to the Footbridge beach. Andrew and Richard are fantastic hosts and we look forward to our next stay!

Great property and location
The accommodations were great. Spacious, clean and functional. Close to the center of town but quiet. The outside is simple but the rooms are great. The owners were very responsive to making sure we had all that we needed and even rushed out to by new window blinds when one was needed

We were very happy with our accommodations! The unit was immaculate with new appliances and bathrooms, nice linens and in a really good location. It had everything that we needed, and we were even provided with beach chairs and towels - nice touch! Close to everything but not in a crowded area, which meant a great deal to us. There is a great little restaurant right next door. The owners were very responsive and available. Will definitely come back!

Great beach getaway
The apartment was perfect for a beach getaway with my husband and two small children. It was clean and nicely decorated, and very close to the trolley. Hosts were super responsive and helpful!

Ogunquit visit
This place is exactly as shown and is perfect for a stay in Ogunquit. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is right on route 1 so there is some road noise if you like having the windows open, but it was very manageable. The location is so convenient and you can walk or take the trolley anywhere. Richard and Andrew were great hosts and were readily available to answer questions and help as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property is newly renovated, clean and the owners have great taste! Having the property be walking distance to everything was such a plus. They even supply beach towels and beach chairs. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Ogunquit.
