The uniqueness of this property is the single level living and the relaxing outdoor garden. I travelled with older people and the ability to wonder outside and enjoy the garden as well as not have to deal with internal steps was advantageous. In addition, although the older people required taxi's for transport, the accommodation was close enough for the rest of the family to walk to Rhodes city, the Old town, bakery and supermarket.

It would be helpful if the shower handle could attach to the wall without need for holding the handle when showering.

Awesome, cosy and spacious apartment/house with a good location near the city center which is close by 10 min foot walk. Really nice outdoor garden chill area and excellent interior design. This is ideal for visitors to Rhodes who want to stay away from the tourist areas but are within touching distance of bars, restaurants, and beaches. Nothing was more than a 15 minutes walk away.

Every 5-10 minutes an airplane is flying over the house as this is the flight path for landing planes, but this is certainly not the fault of the owners ;-)

Everything! Our stay will remain one of our best vacations rental experiences. Everything outstanding. You could tell that the host anticipated so many detail a guest could need and had things readily available. The home was clean and had a very pleasant feel. The beds were very comfortable, which meant a lot to us as I was traveling with my parents who are older and a good mattress is detrimental to how they can move around the next day.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this place screamed class and I just want to thank the owners, particularly Marilena, for making sure that everything was perfect for my and my guests' stay. I hope we returned the courtesy by maintaining it to an acceptable standard. The rooms were sizeable and nicely cool, with giant windows that could let in a lot of light and air the room. Air conditioners worked fine and the sheets were clean, and the beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - I just wish I had had an evening to cook, but time escaped us. I think it's important for guests to remember that you are paying for the privilege of residing in a nice residential area. This is ideal for visitors to Rhodes who want to stay away from the tourist areas but are within touching distance of bars, restaurants, and beaches. Nothing was more than a 15 minutes walk away. In addition, one of our party made too much noise one night, and though I was unaware at the time, apologised to the owners the next day. They were very understanding and it means a lot. Me and a friend also hired mopeds, and there was room to park up in front of the house. The gardener has also kept the grounds immaculate, and it was really nice waking up and having breakfast in the Sun. I would definitely stay here again, and want to in the near future.
