We loved this house. Location was as close as you could be to the beach without getting wet from the waves. Very well appointed, decor was beachy. Thx Stacie you were great!

Great location, enjoyed being able to walk right out on the beach and to have our small dog with us. Great porch. My husband and I brought our son, 3 of his friends, and my nephew and a friend, all college students. Good layout for this size and age group. Owner was responsive and property was as advertised.

Sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings, feeling the breeze of the ocean and listening to and watching the waves was perfect. The location of the house could not have been better and the photos of the listing were accurate. The property manager was very kind and responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again for sure.

We had a great time at Stacie's place. There's enough room for a nice sized family to stay and plenty of accommodations to keep everyone of all ages busy. Was very happy to be able to walk from the deck right onto the beach. A very peaceful area to have a relaxing stay

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken! The property was lovely, the host was kind and very responsive when messaging and the absolute best part was the location!!!! This house is literally on the beach and the back deck is just perfect for sitting and relaxing by the water. We have older kids and they could just go down to the sand and play all day while we sat on the deck and watched. Plus the outdoor shower is so convenient!! 5/5 stars isn’t enough. I give it 10/10!!

The location on the beach was perfect and the property was decent. Very comfortable for larger people. The downside of the property is it smelled of cigarettes and the toilets were tiny. However, this was not the worst of it. Our experience with the host was a nightmare.
The host texted me that the property would be ready by 3:30. One from our group arrived at 3:22 and was waiting in her car for the others to arrive. The host arrived shortly after and invited her in. She rushed around to finish getting the property ready. The others arrived at 3:30 and offered to help her where possible. She finished up and left. Shortly after she started harassing me with text messages.
The host continued throughout the weekend to harass me over text and even contacted VRBO to have our reservation canceled. I have never had anyone personally attack me as this woman did. She told me she would be watching us, and she did. We noticed her sitting on the beach with someone else facing the house the several hours throughout the afternoon. She remained after one from our group waved at them. She had taken pictures of us from the group while we were using the property.
The host’s actions were rude, aggressive, and outright hostile toward us. I ended up spending hours between texts and phone calls dealing with the host and VRBO seeking resolution. I will certainly not rent any properties from this host in the future. I plan to issue a complaint with VRB

Wonderful location being steps to the beach with wonderful sunrise views. The check in and out processes were smooth. The previous tenants lied to the owner and had a smoker so the house had that smoker smell coming in but improved after opening the windows. The owner was very kind and willing to compensate for any inconveniences. Would definitely stay here again! Our kids loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying here! You can’t improve on the location - ocean front with a big deck that had both shade and sun at all times. The deck was one of our favorite spots for visiting and relaxing. Perfect for watching the fun on the beach while holding my grand baby. And what a beautiful beach it is! The house was a perfect size and layout for us. The four bedrooms are around the perimeter with a big, open kitchen, dining room and living room in the middle where we could all be together without being on top of each other. Cooking in this kitchen was enjoyable since it was roomy and well-supplied with everything you could need. We had couples, single adults and children, and the house worked for everybody. We were there at the end of July - busy time - but the beach was still peaceful and family friendly. Stacie is a wonderful host. She answered all my questions promptly and was generous and welcoming. We cannot wait to come back!

Great location, easy beach access, plenty of room we had 6 adults & 5 children from 3 to 14 years old, well equipped & host communicated with us to make sure everything was going well, there was ample parking space which I was concerned about because we had 4 cars & could have parked a couple more. Host gave suggestions about where to eat or not eat, where to purchase fresh seafood to make your own feast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host was extremely helpful & we would definitely love to return again!

This was an amazing vacation. Family and friends from up and down the East Coast to celebrate my 50th birthday and Ocean Isle Beach was a great meeting spot. Wonderful atmosphere stand with a small town feel and lots to do for families. The house was beyond perfect. RIGHT on the beach! Great layout. Stacie was awesome to work with - great communication and recommendations.

This property is gorgeous! The perfect place to stay. Make sure to walk down to the rocks at low tide and see crabs! Conveniently located to all Ocean Isle Beach has to offer. Stacie is great! Can't wait to come back!

A really fun house to stay right on the beach at Ocean Isle. The bungalow style is perfect for family or friends taking a vacation together. The high vaulted ceilings in the main room made it open and airy. The back deck is perfect for getting out of the sun and looking at the ocean. the water is right at your doorstep and easy to enjoy your time at the beach.

My sisters and i took my 81 year old dad and mom to see the ocean for the first time and this beach house was awesome! We could love the ocean from the porch or be steps away on beach. We played games we cooked and swam and made wonderful memories! We had all age of family with us and we all enjoyed it.

Even with a rainy weekend, the house and location made for a fantastic beach trip. Stacie was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely look for this house on our next OIB visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Stacie's beach house. The home is beautifully maintained, and the location is unbeatable. Stacie was extra helpful and accommodating to make our stay enjoyable and restful. Highly recommend her house for anyone seeking a quiet break.

This was a trip of a lifetime that we plan on doing every year! Quiet, family friendly and comfortable! We watched dolphins feed morning and evening from the deck! Epic! Stacie (property contact) was gracious and professional! Couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more! Did I mention the sunrise/sunset along the ocean? ❤️

Ocean Isle July 2022
We've stayed at Carolina Beaches for nearly 50 years from Charleston to Oak Island. Several different houses both through realty offices and VRBO. This property is in the top 3 of our stays all time. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and could have had more stay. Pictures do not do it justice. We will stay here again in a heartbeat for several reasons but mostly because of Stacie's kindness, quick replies and willingness to do whatever it took to make us comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The back deck was incredible, right on the beach. Thank you Stacie!

Clean and spacious house with a deck you can live on day and evening. It is located beachfront on a less crowded portion of the island . Stacie was available and responsive though we had no issues . Our only suggestion would be window blinds for main bedroom that looks onto beach (window without covering) and coverings for bathroom windows . Thank you!

Clean and spacious house with a deck you can live on day and evening. It is located beachfront on a less crowded portion of the island . Stacie was available and responsive though we had no issues . Our only suggestion would be window blinds for main bedroom that looks onto beach (window without covering) and coverings for bathroom windows . Thank you!

Wonderful!
My family came to Ocean Isle Beach for the first time this year from Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Minnesota. It is a beautiful island. The house on the east end of the island was a perfect location to enjoy my family. The house accommodated all of us well even with only two bathrooms. Though I had to work while I was there, I started every morning on the deck looking out over the ocean and watching the sunrise. No better place to work. Thank you Stacie for sharing your house with us. Your communication with me was the best experience I have had when renting a vacation house. It helped to feel comfortable about where we were going. I do have to say, we were all totally amazed by the sandbags. When hearing about sandbagging on the coast, none of us ever imagined the size of the sandbags were that big! Stacie, thank you for a wonderful vacation.

First let me say, Stacie is amazing; she got us checked in early and left fresh sunflowers for us to boot. I drove from Missoula, MT with m y nieces to meet up with several old friends and their families and though the house is modest in size all 12 of us fit in nicely, and though there were only two bathrooms between us none of us had any issues nor did we feel cramped or as though we were tripping over each other. The house was absolutely charming; clean, bright, the common area was spacious and decorated just the way a beach house should be... and the back deck was to die for! The location on the east end of the island meant the beach was never over crowded and the water came right up to the house at high tide. We even got treated to a meteor shower and mysterious lights in the sky that some said was military and others said aliens. Truly, I cannot say enough glowing things about Everhearts Dream or Stacie Brown, I cannot wait to return!

Our family had a wonderful week here! The house was everything we wanted. The deck was amazing and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals throughout the week. Stacie is so kind and a wonderful communicator… she checked in to make sure everything was going well and shared lots of local recommendations which we really appreciated.
