Great location in Cruz bay with stunning views. The host was ver accommodating and helped us with any issues we had.

We had a wonderful stay on St John. The house is incredibly comfortable and beautiful with all amenities and the most amazing view. It was easily accessible to town and other parts of the island. Celia, the property manager, was very accommodating even meeting us off the ferry at night so we could navigate our way to the house! We will love to return someday!

Highlight of the property is that it is spacious and airy with a large deck and lovely view. Property manager was very accessible, helpful and friendly.

The house is fantastic and we spent most of our time (when we were there) on the porch, admiring the views! (Some of the screens are in need repair.) The road to the property seems scary at first, but you quickly get used to it and Celia is very helpful! All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and the stay here was great!!

This was my third time in St John in the last year and this accommodation was by far the best. Very close to town and an easy drive to the North Shore beaches. Celia is an awesome host and is easy to communicate with. She was very helpful in all aspects of our stay and really made things easy. I would easily recommend Celia’s property for anyone looking for great accommodations in a great location. The property had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, sleeping, and beach equipment. Can’t wait to come again!

We had a great visit to Casa Brisa Colina! The property was just as pictured, and it was really close to town driving. You wouldn't want to walk, but we found the location to be just right for us. I would consider also renting the downstairs unit with the pool if we went again, as it would have been nice to have the entire property. Celia (the caretaker) was so helpful and offered great recommendations. The only thing to note (and not a problem for us) is that the 2nd bedroom isn't attached to the house. That might be harder for a family with a young child, but we didn't mind at all.

We had the best stay here! The villa includes EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a wonderful stay in St. John - beach towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment. The patio balcony is huge with breath taking views. Kitchen equipped with essentials. The host was so kind and even met us once we got off the ferry to make sure we made it to the villa and checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again! Book this place, you will not regret it.

My partner and I have been coming to St John for over 20 years and we have stayed in a number of different homes. This one was absolutely beautiful with a view that is tough to beat. The location allows for easy access to North shore beaches and Cruz Bay as well as some great local spots for food and music up the hill less than a 10 minute drive. In addition we found it quiet in the evenings and the mornings which is not true of all the places we've stayed over the years. The house is accurately reflected in the pictures and description and Celia, the property manager, was extremely helpful and always very pleasant.

Stayed with my husband and sister. The 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house gave us privacy when we wanted it. The big open, airy living room that opened onto the deck was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view is AMAZING, the house is super comfortable and pretty, and the location is perfect--close to town, easy to get to the beaches, but very quiet and peaceful. Celia, the property manager was great--met us at the market and led us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, a perfect place to stay for 2-4 people!!

Enjoyed our stay here and Celeste was a joy to work with and very helpful! I think the only thing that I would change is having AC in the kitchen and family room during the month of August, but if you’re on the go and just there to sleep and not in there in the dead of the summer I’m sure it’s fabulous!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! Perfect location, close to Cruz Bay for easy access to markets and restaurants, but plenty of privacy. The views alone made this place worth it to us. We spent our last night there having our dinner on the huge deck enjoying the phenomenal views. The manager was excellent. She met us at our convenience to show us how to get there, explained everything we needed to know and was always available for any questions we had. We 100% would chose this place again!

I can't say enough about this property and Celia, who manages it. It was almost hard to get to the beach because we had a hard time leaving this porch that looks out on 3 bays. So Peaceful. Every morning I sat and drank my coffee while watching iguanas and bananaquips.

Our group of 3 loved our stay at Casa Brisa Colina! Upon arrival to the island, Celia (the property manager) met us at the ferry and did a little driving tour as we made our way to the property. She was a great resource for how to navigate the surrounding area and for any questions. The house is lovely and very comfortable. It is about a mile up the hill from Cruz Bay. This made it very relaxing and quiet but central to activities and attractions. Hanging on the large porch and the views were our favorite. Highly recommend this spot! Also, plan to rent a car or rely on taxis to get around the island and up to the house. The hills and winding roads make walking into town dangerous.

Going up the hill was very challenging. I was glad my son was with me to drive because I could not have done it myself. But the views were beautiful from the property and the house was clean and had everything you need..

Brian’s property was lovely! The views and amenities were amazing and the house is a 10 minute drive from town. The property manager, Celia, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this villa.

Once you become accustomed to driving on the left side of extremely narrow roads; there being few road signs and no numerical street addresses, everything else was about enjoying the incredible beaches and ending the day on the large deck of our condo with an expansive view of Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

We loved our stay at Casa Brisa Colina! I traveled with two couples and the layout of the house was perfect. The views were amazing and the house was very clean. The house had beach towels and coolers was a great help for beach days, the property had everything we needed for our trip! Celia and the owner Brian were very helpful in answering any questions we had. We had a great time and would love to return!!

We stayed 5 nights and had an amazing time on the island. The villa was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we had a lot of space and privacy. Thanks to Celia who picked us up from the ferry and also took us to the grocery store and back into town the next day. We did rent a jeep the 2nd day. You will need a car as you cannot walk to town from here. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to St John!

My husband, myself, and my teenage daughter enjoyed the villa. Perfect layout for our family. The views were breathtaking and the pictures really don’t show you the extent of how far you can see. Celia was very responsive to any requests. We lost the pin to the beach umbrella and she took care of it immediately. Nice kitchen fully stocked, comfy couches, and overall great layout. There were guests staying on the lower level which I was a bit wary of privacy. Turns out it didn’t bother us at all and didn’t even cross paths due to a separate parking and entrance path. I would certainly stay here again!

We had a nice stay at Casa Brisa Colina. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the outdoor area; which was much bigger than the pictures depict with a large hammock and dinning table and some additional seating. Make sure to bring your bug spray though. Even though we left the screens closed, mosquitoes made their way into the house and were buzzing in our ears at night. The second bedroom is detached from the main house and has an partly outdoor bathroom. We had a young child with us and that made it a little challenging to have her stay in a separate building. It was very nice to have a grill available so we cooked most of our meals and didn't have to deal with the crowds in Cruz Bay. Celia picked us up from the ferry and gave us a ride to the house, which was nice. She was also very responsive when we needed something. Overall, we enjoy our stay and definitely will consider Casa Brisa Colina when we go back to St John.

The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of room, outstanding views, and a welcoming and helpful property manager (Celia) who was available if / when we needed her. The owner was gracious and communicative regarding our changing needs due to COVID-19. This is a great property!

We would like to thank Brian and Celia for our recent stay (2/27 - 3/9). Prior to our stay we had read a review that had caused a little concern and had contacted Brian who really put our mind at ease. We felt overall the 1/2 villa was very clean and overall very up to date. While there Celia brought over a new grill that was planned - and used happily by us! While there - our TV went out - Celia brought us a replacement (from her own house - I believe - which from experience - getting things immediately to St. John is not the easiest thing to do) the next day to get us by - which was really appreciated! Would definitely stay again..

I stayed at the property for a month, Feb 2020. Excellent property. Also excellent SUV rental may be available from the owner. Very responsive owner and property manager. Friends and family joined me for a week here and there. Everyone loved the place. No complaints at all. I've rented many places around St Thomas and St John over the years. This is the best I've stayed in. I will likely rent this place again.

My friends and I have been going to St. John for eight years (minus the Irmaria year) and have good luck with renting through Home Away/VRBO, but not this time. I have empathy for home owners that experienced the hurricanes, but you can clean. There were ants all over the kitchen counters and floors - the manager said to us, 'that's island life.' We purchased bug spray and treated every night solving the issue. Feel like she should have done that. The property manager, Celia picked us up at the rental car place in Cruz and her car was a mess. The back was filled with junk and there was a tire (yes a jeep tire) in her back seat. When I opened the back to put our luggage in, she said 'just move the stuff.' Since her job is to pick up renters, you would think she would have cleaned out her car. Once I saw the place, it made sense. I'm sure she lives in dirt too. When I asked about the laundry, which was not in the unit (not the problem) she said it was not for renters use. We would have never rented a house without access to laundry. She then said 'it's only for renters that are staying longer than a week.' Which we were -- wouldn't the house manager know that? The laundry room was atrocious - dirty and so much crap that you couldn't get to the machines. No light so at night had to use our phones to navigate. There were baskets of 'clean laundry' on the filthy ground. All I could think was the sheets I was sleeping on probably sat on this floor too with bugs crawling on them. There was crap in the driveway and in the trees the entire time we were there. One of the bedrooms was in a separate pod, which isn't a problem, but the breezeway between that bedroom and the main house was filthy and crap laying around. The bathroom had an exposed ceiling, so it was wet and moldy. A lot of broken tiles. Even the drapes in that bedroom had mold / water stains on them. Does not look like the pics -- maybe those were pre-hurricanes. There was one tiny cooler (there were four of us and not adequate) and one disgusting styrofoam cooler that had a science project growing in it that we couldn't use. There were four beach chairs in which two were broken and two were crappy anyway. The sliding doors out to the main deck didn't work. This house needs some love and a property manager (who by the way lived on property) that adequately cleans and takes care of the place. I wish I could upload pictures to back up my claims.
