The pictures of this property does not give it the total Justice it needs. I live on the island of Maui, Hawaii. When I got to this place in Jamaica and I walked into this property I said WOW!! 😱 My guest and I walked through the house and just was amazed how clean how everything was in place and how fantastic it was. 👏👏👏 Then we walked outside to the backyard and it just BLEW US ALL THE WAY 👀 THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR. Now I am used to seeing things like this here in Hawaii especially on the island of Maui. To see it there was just breathtaking. Only thing I can say about this place is WOW. It is simply a fantastic place to stay very comfortable, very inviting and very hard to leave. If I get to come to Negril Jamaica again, that would be the place that I will stay every time. The host was very prompt in getting back to us. Whenever we had a question. Was there to greet us and show us all the things we needed to know about the place. If you get a chance to stay there, I'm absolutely positive that you will have the same initial views when you walk into that place and see it. And when you walk out to the backyard and see that fantastic view that we got up every morning and sat out there and watched as we had coffee and breakfast. I want to thank the owner of the property for putting together. Such a fabulous place. Spectacular place into all that's maintaining it. You guys are doing a great job. I applaud you 👏👏👏👏👏

I cannot say enough about this property. It was immaculate, the views were stunning and customer service was excellent. They literally thought of everything we would need. The property is beautiful and the view from the backyard was just WOW! We felt safe and could see security constantly patrolling the property which made us very comfortable. They provided a driver and she was a blessing. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with various appliances and kitchen amenities. We also enjoyed using the backyard patio table and grill. Thanks for a great stay!

Great ocean views from property itself. Was pleased to find that each bedroom had its own balcony. Short walk to pool and beach. Concierge assisted with finding airport transportation and charter options and was able to answer questions as they arose.

This was home away from home, we have come to Jamaica on several occasions and usually stay with family but as it was the first time with our 2 young children we wanted more space. The beach access, swimming pool and gated community were essentia k and did not disappoint. The property was delightful, clean and comfortable, so spacious including the garden with its breath taking views. Ann Marie our contact and chef was so helpful and loving company and the food exceptional. It was a stress free stay and we hope to make it a regular stay for future trips.

We had a great week and liked having all the extras to use. Beach towels, soaps, kitchen appliances, outdoor grill, etc.
A few things were in the process of being changed and might have been nice to know about when booking but they weren’t too major of a deal. Bar was up against the wall not to use it. Jacuzzi was broken and outside for the trash. All the steps leading up to the house should be mentioned in case people can’t do steps. But overall we enjoyed our stay! Immediate replies and help when needed. Thank you!

Everything about our visit was wonderful. This property was clean and very comfortable. The only down side was the pool was up the street, not too far though. The transportation was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and made sure we got to where we needed to be. I would recommend Nauticle Homes to anyone traveling to Negril/ Montego Bay

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, did I say AMAZING. The house is comfortable for a group of six. The view of the beach is breathtaking, the house is clean and comfortable. Annmarie the Concierge person is the warmest, kind person you can meet, she’s willing to do anything to make you stay wonderful. They thought of everything, just pack your bag and go, I guarantee you will have a great time. When you visit Negril there are two places you must visit Ms. Collette Restaurent the best Authentic breakfast in Jamaica and Sweet Spice one of the best food in Jamaica and the staffs are friendly.

Great 3 bedroom with outdoor eating and sitting areas. Sunsets were beautiful, had a large group come down together, all had a great stay.

we love the property and the people.....this is the second year here and we returned because it is a great safe location and very friendly people......we had one issue....the shower handle broke in one of the 2 showers and was not in operation for half the trip so that was a challenge but not a deal breaker.....life goes on but would have been nice to have that fixed ASAP which it should have been....still love the place and the people.....Cheers

First Trip To Jamaica
We had a lovely time. The views from this property were stunning! The grounds were immaculate. The manager superb. The driver (Andrew) that picked us up from the airport went over and above! Other members of our family had problems with their rental car and he came to the rescue.
A short walk provided access to a lovely pool and beach area. Private, secure.

Fantastic choice for our stay!
We traveled to Negril for a family wedding and vacation and this property was such a perfect choice. The views are amazing, the property is beautiful with all upgraded amenities. It's only a short walk to the beach or you can hang out at the house and watch the beautiful sunset from the backyard. Ann Marie and Vinroy were always available for any questions. We had Ann Marie cook for us one night which I highly recommend. So good!
You definitely need to factor in the cost of groceries (not cheap) and taxis into your trip. We had the same driver Steven all week who also really took care of us, but there isn't anything within walking distance so you have to get a taxi to go anywhere. Regardless it was a fantastic trip for us. I highly recommend this property.

Great views of the sunset
Loved the house and would definitely stay there again. The home was spacious and the back yard was nicely laid out. The staff was courteous and responsive. The community in general was very nice. The pool area and the private beach were were places you would want to spend some tiome .
However, there were a few things in the unit that could have been repaired or updated that would have made the unit a 5 star. There was a huge stack of Red Strip beer bottles left in the back yard that were never removed, the water could have been hotter in the two bathrooms on the second floor and several door handles would come off if you weren't careful when closing doors. Additionally, both safes in the bedrooms were inoperable and the drain in the 2nd floor hallway bathroom shower ran very slowly. Both A/C units on 2nd floor dripped water when running (both were promptly repaired when the house manager was notified). If things like this don't bother you , the place is aces.
But the big question is would I rent this unit again. DEFINITELY WITHOUT HESITATION.

Nice furniture, towels and bed linens. The manager, Ann Marie, was lovely, informative and prepared some excellent meals for us. She also arranged for a driver. The housekeeper did a nice job. Unfortunately, there were some distracting issues of inconvenience with the house. Insufficient hot water. On a daily basis, at least one of our group of four withstood a cold shower. The coffeemaker didn’t work. (A new one has been ordered.) The exhaust fan in the second bathroom was broken. (Needs to be ordered). No electrical outlet in that bathroom as well. Air conditioners were difficult to regulate. The house alarm unit located in the master bedroom went off twice at 6:00 AM, due to low battery. The faucets sprayed water all over us, until maintenance came mid week to remove the mineral buildup. The ice maker jams regularly. Additional flatware would be helpful. There are at least 20 steps to reach the door of the unit, some at uneven heights. This was not communicated via written materials or photos. The photo on the website of a yellow house is of a unit about six down that is the same color but the entry is flat. The caption under that photo reads “view from the third bedroom balcony”. Don’t be misled. The pool and beach area was well maintained and relaxing. Small beach but water is very calm. The pool is a comfortable five minute walk from the house. The guards at the gate were fantastic and they made regular inspections of the property. We felt safe.

just back to reality for the 4 of us who have been traveling to Negril for the past 6 years in a row.....always stayed on 7 mile beach but decided to break the tradition and try something new.......well......what a great move that was!!!! Little Bay CC is amazing....Safety is always the first Priority and that is what you get.....allows you to relax which is why we come right......accommodations were fantastic, clean, new, everything worked as it should.....our house keeper Anne-Marie could not have been nicer or more accommodating, spectacular cook and a better person.....All of us were happy with our decision to change from 7 mile to the CC......Well Done Little Bay CC....we will be back!!!

Great Vacation Home with Amazing Views
We had a tremendous time in Negril and surrounding environs during our recent early January visit, thanks in large part to the very comfortable, secure and well-appointed accommodations in Vinroy and Raquel's home in Little Bay Country Club.
Anne Marie, the manager of the property, was great - friendly, communicative, and helpful at every turn, which helped us immensely in sussing out our touring, dining and entertainment options.
The large, two-story home is situated at the top of the hill in the guard-gated development, and is perched at the northwest corner of Jamaica, which provides stunning panoramic ocean views.
The kitchen is very well-equipped, making food prep easy and enjoyable. Indoor and outdoor dining and lounging options were definite pluses. The Hi-Lo supermarket in Negril is definitely the place to shop for foodstuffs.
With such a comfortable, scenic, and convenient Negril home-away-from-home, it was difficult to leave. We're all looking forward to a return trip!

Luxurious & quiet family hideaway
If you are looking to party and enjoy the night life of Jamaica this spot is likely too far from the resorts and the hustle and bustle. However, we travelled with grandma and two small kids and this was perfect. The property is outstanding, just as the pictures describe. The backyard is breathtaking and we passed on several dinners out just to sit in the backyard and watch the sunset. The property was quiet, safe, and a great home base for us. The other huge asset is the private pool and beach. We shared with other guest at Little Bay Country Club but it was minimal and everyone was friendly. This is very different from the heavy traffic, propositioning, busyness, and noise we saw at pools and beaches at resorts on 7 mile beach. We weren't worried about who was looking at our kids or what they were being offered. The sea has great clear blue water and snorkeling in the small bay was above expectations. Ann Marie was outstanding in her communication and having her come to make dinner was a great way for us to spoil ourselves. A great way to enjoy the natural beauty and culture of Jamaica if you are less interested in partying and late nights.

This place was amazing! And looks exactly like the pictures. The private beach and the scenery were priceless. It was a group of 6 of us and we were there for dream weekend. I will admit it is a little bit far from where the parties were keeping, but we didn’t mind traveling when we saw the beauty of this place. I would recommend buying groceries while you there as the kitchen is fully equipped with what ever you need to prepare meals (pots, pans, cooking spoons and such). But absolutely no complaints. We loved this place!

From start to finish we had the best time and I’m a native so... the furnishings are first world,luxurious bathrooms,ample and super efficent AC units,fully equipped kitchen,great maid service we even had a lady come and cook Jamaican food and went deep sea fishing with Stanley’s Deepsea fishing and caught blackfin tuna which she cooked As well! Lightning fasts internet,safe secure environment, great ocean views..private beach,huge pool... we will be back :)

Far away, quiet paradise
Me and my bestie really enjoyed our visit. The house was beautiful and spacious. Patrick was our driver and he’s very amusing! Take always for future travelers: The property manager Ann Marie is super fabulous and she also cooks for the guest! You’ll have to pay for your food and her services and the price was perfect! The pool and beach is a 2 min walk from the house! However, I would advise that you shop for groceries/food items before arriving to the house. You’ll spend most of your money on transportation from the driver to and from places if you don’t rent a vehicle. Otherwise, this house is a gem. Overlooking the quiet ocean and surrounded by peaceful neighbors.
