The location is ideal and it’s a good amount of space. However, the villa needs a good deep clean - it’s very dusty especially on the ceiling. There should also be some repairs and painting.

Average place to stay.
Great location, good views and about a 5 min drive to the main resort club with pool and access to beach. However, unimpressed with cleaning- dust and dead spiders in corners of closet, feet were dirty from walking around main level, and the main bathroom lights went out the third day we were there and no one ever came to fix so we had to use a lamp in the bathroom the remainder of the stay.

Great place, nice price
The house was great for the price point we were looking for. My one suggestion would be to add more seating options in living room. We used pillows & sat on hearth. The kitchen is excellently stocked though we had to wash spoons frequently, some of the set may have gone missing. I had the terrible misfortune of breaking my ankle while vacationing this year but it still was a great time with the family. Love your home & am looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Great location. Cute cottage.
This street of cottages is close to the main beach access point and has a great view of the golf course. It’s a small but efficient layout. Everything worked properly. Nitpicks: one of the floor AC vents was broken and wouldn’t fit properly; the outdoor shower didn’t work; and the master bed is a VERY tight fit against the wall. But we would stay in these cottages again for sure. Recommended as long as you can get by with only 2 bathrooms for the five beds (the master bath is quite small & and basically part of the bedroom with the little curtain door). Luckily, our unit was one of the few with 2 actual driveways.

The house is in a great location and there is a good amount of space for 6 people to comfortably stay, but the owners should consider updating the space/furniture. It is a bit musty, beds are small, and furniture is worn out. It is quite dark, which is nice as it stays cool, but all of the lighting is intensely bright LEDs.

Great Quiet Beach Getaway
Seabrook Island is a hidden gem with gorgeous expansive beaches. We loved staying at the treeloft villa because it is such a quiet culdesac and a great space for a family. It has plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. Not once did we think, " we wish we had this" in the unit. The deck off the master bedroom is ideal for morning coffee. We love Seabrook and the treeloft villas make a great place for a family to stay!

This property was fine as far as location and size. It was a little dusty and it is in need of some TLC. The shower needs some updating and the laminate on the cabinets is coming apart. The appliances and TVs worked fine.

Very nice home
The condo is very nice. The living conditions are great I felt like I was at home with my family. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was when I booked it I was told I would be 600 feet from the beach. Which I thought would be great to wake up and be able to lookout at, we were approximately 1 mile from beach. Which the beach was awesome since it’s a private beach.

Relaxing vacation
This is our 3rd Seabrook Island trip. The property is in a great location to the beach and convenient to all parts of the island! The house was simple but had what we needed and accommodated our family of 5. It did feel kind of dirty(old furniture/pillows), our sheets felt sandy on the night we arrived, there was a roof leak 2 nights when it rained, we had to buy batteries for dead remotes, the can opener was broken, the outdoor sand shower didn’t work(which would have been nice to have to keep the inside cleaner) and you have to bring all your own bikes, sand toys, chairs, etc. whereas most of the rentals on the island provide some of those basics. Nonetheless, our family had a great week in Seabrook.

It has a nice, private location. It just really needs a deep cleaning! It would earn a higher rating from me by simply paying attention to details. Floors were dirty. There was ONE kitchen towel for the week. Consider offering a few beach towels and/or bikes for renters. It was fine as a roof over our heads but it just seemed sloppy.

809 Treeloft
We thoroughly loved our stay at the cottage. There were six in our family vacation, which included my wife, her sister, my mother-in-law, our two grandchildren and myself. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. Everything worked well and we were close to the beach. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the golf course(even though we don’t play!). On several occasions deer slowly walked by our cottage and went through the golf course. I do have to say that at night time it was very dark, and I believe that the stairs need to be illuminated more than they are. We would definitely recommend the cottage and hopefully return for another visit.

This was actually a 5 star rating, what brought it down to 4 is that the out side steps aren't lit properly at the bottom landing. Roomy for the family without feeling on top of each other. My family would stay here again.

We did not purchase insurance as it never occurred to us that a natural disaster would fall in the same category with a cancellation because of illness or a demanding job. Even when it was believed that there might be mandatory evacuation, we were told we were responsible for even the days when we couldn't even be at the condo.

WE love Seabrook, the Beach Club, the bike riding, etc. WE have stayed there before This year we brought our dog so reserved based on pet friendly places. We loved where it was- however, wanted to be closer to the Beach Club so we could let our dog out and easier for our handicapped son to get back and forth to the pool. However, we were told nothing was available there. With all that we loved about the vacation- when we arrived we were shocked at how dirty is was. We took into account it was a pet friendly home, however, we killed about 30 spiders within the first 20 minutes- There are cobwebs all over the house, in all of the corners, the shades were full of them- pulled back covers to the bed and a HUGE spider crawled out. We asked that they come and clean the cob webs and spider webs- cleaning crew came out that morning but brushed some of them off and the remnants stayed on the ground. Wasn't impressed. WE will stay at Seabrook again and we will look at Beachwalker again as they were very kind to change us to a Sun- Sun rental when our plans changed. However, was disappointed in the cleanliness of this home.

The tight quarters were finest first, but bothered us after a while. The view was not as good as in other villas. View of the golf course would have been nice If the windows were foggy. Reception for the TV was bad at times. The furniture could have been scaled down to give it the impression it was a larger area.

We had a nice time because we could go to the beach, take walks and bike ride. Staying in the villa is ok, as long as one likes small spaces. But remember It was built in the 70's and picture other things built in that time period. To update some of the wrongs would take quite a bit of money, so band aids are put on things without really fixing things. Like the air blows out black particles all the time and the cabinets are Formica and it is peeling off the cabinets. The windows are all foggy inside and you can not really enjoy the view.

This can be a little touch of paradise for a couple or a family. It is convenient to the beach because on e can actually walk to it. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful trees. One can face the golf course with the forest in the background. We were able to see the albino deer which is a rear sight. The inside of the cottage is decorated tastefully with beach decor. The owners have tried to think of everything so that one is comfortable. It has 2 sets of twin beds if you have children. We like it so much we are staying for 5 more months.

Everything was great from making the reservations with Beachwalker Rentals to staying at the actual vacation property. The tree loft cottage was extremely clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. It was the perfect size for our family and puppies. The property owner also left us a manual with everything to know for staying in the property, as well as things to do on both Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. It was a fantastic experience! We love vacationing here and will definitely book through Beachwalker rentals again!
