After Rome and Florence, it was refreshing to catch our breath in Radda in Chianti. Who would believe you can rent a lovely medieval tower in such a perfect town. The peaceful balcony with sweeping views of the Tuscan hills was the best part. We loved the tower. It was comfortable, and you felt connected with the ancient town and rich history of the area.

Great location in the middle of Radda. Deck was fantastic, great views of the countryside. Stairs are steep and need to use rope railings to stay steady. Host is out of New York so factor in time zone when making requests. Mattresses need to be replace, more like a futon mattress verses a regular mattress. Nice touch that host provide a bottle of wine for us. If you are visiting this time of year not all wineries and restaurants are open.

This is our second time to the Tower in Radda. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. We love to sit on the roof deck and people watch with a glass of wine in the evening.

Loved everything about it. Beautiful views, great access to activities, great food close by. The owner was super helpful. Went out of the way to welcome my mother who's birthday it was.

Radda
Great location. A few simple things would make a big difference. Top floor bathroom eminates sewage smell off and on. Some foam toppers for beds would improve comfort. Bathrooms very small but manageable. Maybe some more towels would be nice. Unbeatable location and historic property with great rooftop patio. A few fixes but overall nice. I would stay again.

Lage Top sonst Flop
Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind wirklich super!
Sonst waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Der angekündigte Parkplatz besteht aus öffentlichen Parkplätzen die selbst in der Nebensaison rar sind. Die Terrasse ist quasi nicht möbliert, die Liegestühle waren kaputt. Somit kann man diese kaum nutzen. Das Bad ist nur knapp 2qm groß und die Duschkabine ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der winzige Fernseher hat nur wenige italienische Sender. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, wir mussten jedes einzelne Stück zunächst spülen. Das Gas für den Küchenherd war nach einer Benutzung leer. Die Möbel sind ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Vermieterin ist in New York den Check in muss man also alleine machen. Es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Schade - man könnte so viel aus dem Turm machen.

In the heart of it all
We loved staying in the Tower. It's right in the middle of town and right in the middle of Tuscany. Walk to shops and restaurants or a short dive to many fine winerys. The people in Radda were so kind. I would go again.

Our stay was a unique Tuscan experience!
I spent a few days in this stunning medieval tower with my girlfriend and everything was beautiful!
The place is unique, decorated with art and original antique furniture. It’s located right in the center of the village and there are plenty of activities to do near by.
Additionally, Lisa sent us a long list of suggestions and she was fast to answer all our questions.
The view from the big terrace is endless and we really enjoyed drinking delicious Italian wines while watching the sunsets.
Lisa also arranged a cooking class and home made dinner for us in the tower. We picked up fresh eggs and veggies in a small farm close by and we cooked them with chef Luciana. Simply lovely and yummy! High recommended to anyone.
We only wish our vacation could never finish... grazie!!

Fantastic place, so unique!
Great place to see Chianti! The ART Rebus Tower is a beautiful property in a small village in the Chianti region in Tuscany. The place is unique, you really feel you are living the experience. The terrace has a great view and we really enjoyed staying there. Lisa was great, her communication was excellent and she helped us a lot. We totally recommend this accommodation to all tourists. Stunning views and Magical
The perfect place to disconnect. This place is a true gem. Super clean and well-maintained property, the host made my stay super comfortable. Everything from the bed sheets to the kitchen appliances were better than a hotel. The whole tower is nicely decorated and doesn't leave anything behind. The view was spectacular and you feel that you are just in a magical place. The town is cozy and the people are wonderful. We went to horseback riding and it was a lot fun. Everywhere you looked was beatiful

A unique accomodation in the heart of Tuscany
I’ve never slept in such an ancient home before and I was impressed discovering how comfy it was!
It has indeed a lot of charme, plus it’s conveniently located near Florence and Siena AND it has a stunning view on Tuscany amazing landscapes...
But it’s recovates with taste and it’s fully equipped with anything you might need for your stay.
I will definitely come back!
