Beautiful hotel with a brilliant theme Rooms were spacious and felt like in a big boat from the inside and a spaceship from the outside. Staff were friendly and helpful .

There werent any irons in the hotel nor were any Bell boys to help with luggage . Also there should be some discount for the Hotel guests using the therme

For the price paid, the admission to the pools etc should have been included. The website is very misleading because it says an airport shuttle is available. This is the only reason I booked this hotel, I was told at the desk that there was no shuttle and I needed to pay myself if I wanted a taxi. The chips in the burger bar were only lukewarm, and when I told the chef he looked at me in disbelief and made me feel bad by his attitude for pointing this out, there were no apologies. I got to the breakfast area at 06:50 (the official opening time is 07:00), and most of the breakfast was lukewarm, so I hate to think how cold it must have been for those turning up at 07:00. I took the elevator to the lower ground floor by mistake and the mess and dirt lying around showed what a fake place this is. I tried to order a cocktail at the pool bar and the waiter said he was clearing up so I could not have one, it was way before closing time, a lady kindly let me buy a beer. The waiter should have cleared up after closing time and focussed on customer service. on the way out of the pool area, the barriers did not work and several people had to wait for several minutes. The aircon in the bedroom was very noisy and kept me awake. Never again!

improve staff culture and train them to go the extra km

Great breakfast. Large clean room. Easy access to pool complex and huge nude spa.

In previous visits the spa entry had been included in our room rate, but this time it was extra so made it more expensive

It's close to the airport by car

I have booked (and payed) a "Superior Double Room" here for 318€ per day, but got a simple "Serenissima Zimmer", which was NOT at all like the advertised one!!! Very frustrating for that much money! Not even a fridge inside... At the breakfast we did not get a boat table, just a super simple spartan one... For charging your e-car you need to walk for about half a kilometer. At early morning (about 7am) we heard a very loud drilling/hammering noise which repeated several times, so that our sleep was brutally interrupted.

the room rate was excessive and didn’t match the expectations. I feel ripped off paying ~350.- € for bed and breakfast in a small room at a remote location. i had further stays booked for July for extended family. I’m now reconsidering if we will stay at your facility.

Underdeveloped surrounding of the facility (looks like construction site), hotel rooms phoney to be in "original" designs, but in reality just cold feeling; price of the room far away from acceptable price-performance ratio; architectural way the whole facility incl. the water park in poor layout and awkward details in every corner; cheep food sale in every corner, even in the water pools (bar stands); fattening farm more than wannabe Caribbean paradise...

are room got only cleaned one time in 3 days so yeah and there is no mine bar in room or coffe in room, and they didnt change the sheets all 3 days

We loved everything! Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Free parking. The threma park is fun. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Everything the rooms the beautiful amazing vibes the swimming pools are amazing, the DJ , bars , the stuff is very helpful and friendly ❤️

The accommodation standard is exceptional, the breakfast quality is also great. The overall Terme quality is fantastic and substantial. In general, staff quality is good

Given that Covid is still so prevalent, the capacity of the overall Terme was crazy. 1/3 of the Terme isn't available at the moment and it feels like the capacity hasn't changed. The access watches didn't work at all for me, i was scolded by a staff member for not wearing a mask, i couldn't get to it because my watch didn't work. Also kind of crazy to be told off by a staff member about a mask when the pools are so over full. Terme food vendor quality is pretty poor.

No matter what age range, there is something to keep everyone entertained. Superb facilities.
