The amenities and grounds were beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable.

The property itself is beautiful and in a great location. Sits on the beach and close to the marina for excursions.

The bed and furniture was horrible. Literally slept on a box spring. The food was also horrible. Everything was buffet style so it sat out and was hard to eat. The drinks were very skimpy on alcohol and there is only 1 bar open 24/7. Otherwise, they don’t serve until 10am.

The service team is pretty amazing unfortunately double charge plus an extra charge to my account made me expend several hours managing this without any responsibility from the property making me feeling me as a piece of garbage to the RIU company,

It was a lot to do it was spread out which I liked. You had a choice if you want to be part of the action or be in a mellow place you could.

So I broke my cell phone and there were no way to make it outside call from the hotel anywhere I know it’s not their fault that I broke my phone but though of that are very slim, however, you think you’d be able to get outside line the food was OK.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. Cuenta con muchos espacios por lo que siempre hay un camastro disponible en cualquiera de las áreas. Siempre hay personal atento, tanto en la zona de albercas, bares, playa, toboganes y hasta en el área de fiesta. Se siente limpieza en las instalaciones y los cuartos. La comida muy vasta como en todos los Riu y muchos restaurantes para saciar cualquier antojo a cualquier hora.

Los colchones se sienten un poco viejos, y las almohadas son horribles! Pareciera que están hechas de restos de algodón y muy delgaditas, Si cambiaran al menos las almohadas y pusieran un buen cubre colchón el descanso sería mucho mejor. Su señal de wifi es intermitente, solo agarra en algunas zonas y la recepción celular también es mala. La distancia a ciertos espacios dentro del hotel son muy largas y algunas en subidas, quizás podrían considerar pequeños trenes o "carritos" para ese tipo de traslados, en especial para personas mayores, pues tantos recorridos hace pesada la estancia, lo que obliga a pasar días enteros en solo una zona del hotel. Por el concepto del RIU Party se presta a que haya mucho joven pasado de copas, y a veces demasiado ruido y lo peor, zonas completas que huelen a marihuana, lo que quizás no lo haga tan "infantil" o familiar". Hice la reserva con booking y el hotel no respetó el monto de una de las habitaciones, y me pidieron que yo lo viera directamente con booking, que ellos no lo hacían y solo lo que su sistema les arrojara era lo válido.

For the money it’s a great place. The property was clean and well kept. Very large resort with lots of food (mainly buffet), pools, bars, and entertainment. We could all typically find something we thought was delicious at each meal. We went to the nightly entertainment and Riu parties and especially enjoyed the live band that played a few nights. The many infinity pools with swim up bars were enjoyable with incredible views! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed at “fancier” resorts (and paid the extra $ for them) in Cabo but for the price this was definitely worth it!

Paid a bit more for a sea view room and it had a great view but was located above one of the restaurants so we got an early wake up each morning as they set up dishes. Will request one on the other side of the sea view building next time. Also wish it had a screen door so we could leave the slider open to listen to the waves crash at night.

13 venderos metidos en el limite del hotel con la playa , no dejan tener paz para disfrutar de la playa , constantemente están ofreciendo y llegando a molestar y el hotel no hace nada para que se retiren de la zona de los camastros y sombrillas . los vendedores están molestando a los huésped e insisten demasiado en vender cosas , al punto que no queda mas que irse para el hotel

Very big resort with lots of things to do. I requested to remove all Alcohol from my room because I was doing dry January, and my request was fulfilled. Many people complain about long lines for a la carte restaurants, but you just come early and make a reservation.

It's a party hotel, so be ready for loud music and drunk neighbors getting home late. It was surprisingly difficult to get fresh juice or hot tea outside of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

service and staff were excellent.Neighboring room had young kids who were quite noisy. Plenty of seating at pools even with completely booked facility. Whale watching was awesome.

Excelente el concepto del buffet, sin embargo, de repente resultó muy repetitivo el menú. Excelente el SPORTSBAR y las dinámicas que se realizaron, fiestas, etc.

Trato del personal, de repente parecía que nos apresuraban para comer. Drenaje tuvo falla y generó mal olor. Precios demasiado altos en tiendas

El personal en su mayoría muy amable, los buffets muy bastos y ricos. La vista de la alberca hacia playa Medano y el arco es espectacular. Las habitaciones cómodas.

La toalla que solicité en la alberca tenía moho fue muy desagradable, y en la habitación encontré una CUCARACHA caminando en la mesa de la habitación no puedo creer que un hotel de 5 estrellas no ponga atención en la limpieza.

De las mejores experiencias all inclusive con el precio justo por persona y con amplia gama de opciones de alimentos, albercas y entretenimiento. La mejor pool party en que he estado fue aquí.

Los restaurantes de especialidades no tienen reservación y realmente son bufetes, no es a la carta y la calidad de alimentos es demasiado mala para ser una "opción VIP", otros hoteles similares sí te hacen sentir esa experiencia de reservar y disfrutar una calidad premium en sus restaurantes de especialidad.

Prendieron la alarma del hotel a las 3 de la mañana todos el mundo salió muy asustado y afuera nadie salió a dar explicación de que estaba pasando. Al otro día se supo que un señor con tragos había activado las alarmas pero nadie del hotel dijo nada y a las 3 con todo el mundo afuera con muchos susto no había acompañamiento

La chambre était propre, grande pour nous deux.

La gastronomie et les boissons sont franchement d’une qualité très pauvre. Zéro variété. Café très mauvais. Même l’eau a un goût bizarre. Nourriture industriel… les cocktails pas WoW. Alcool de mauvaise qualité. À moment donné on a demandé un conseil à la recepcionista pour dîner ailleurs et elle nous a recommandé qu’un restaurante qui fait partie de l’hôtel. C’est scandaleux!

The staff were polite and the place was beautiful. The beach was fantastic.

At times, the food appeared to be sitting for a long time in the trays at the buffets. It makes sense to see what people aren’t eating and then possibly reducing the amount of things offered.

I liked the vendors on the beach. The beds were ok. The entertainment was fun. There was nothing that wowed me about the place unfortunately. I liked the weather. The water park was fun for the kids.

The staff did not care about our issues. Asked for extra pillows 3 times. The ceilings are thin. You will hear everything above you. Recommend top floor. We were just unlucky. If you have no issues then you'll have a great time. but if you run into problems. "I am not the owner, there is nothing I can do" is not what you want to hear.
