Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and its central location made exploring the city incredibly convenient - everything was within walking distance! When we needed an additional night, the host not only helped us find another apartment but even assisted with moving our belongings right across the way. Everything was perfect

The flat was so spacious with all the things we needed (towels for each family member, soap, shampoo). We specially liked that it was so cleaned, every detailed was taken into account in order to make us feel comfortable. The staff was also so nice, they were in touch and waiting us to check in, even though we arrive at 1:30 am. We definitely recommend it!

The apartment was unbearably hot (the a/c was completely useless) A few issues trying to get into the apartment when we arrived as no one turned up to meet us.

we asked for 5 beds, only 4 were with sheets. They expected us to prepare the 5th which was a regular sofa (not convertible). we met no one. never spoke on the phone, just whatsapp and they asked us to pay 200€ in cash but not available to come and get the money in hand, we left the cash with the door man. not profissional at all.

Entry into the property was kind of easy. There are 2 gates with codes you need to pass through before you get to the apartment door. The code for the first gate worked but the second gate was already opened the first day we got there. The second day of our stay the second gate was closed so we tried to use the given code but it didn’t work. Eventually we were told to use a key that came with the apartment keys to unlock it. Fortunately, this property has an elevator to the 5th floor where the apartment is located so it was very convenient and resourceful to have. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but it can only handle a small load.

The ceiling beams are too low. Since the apartment is the top level of the building complex and it is an “A frame” type of roofing/building, the beams were slanted and made it very uncomfortable to walk around the apartment while trying not to hit your head. The height of my group of people range from 4 ft 10 inches to 5 ft 5 inches. Each of us had trouble not hitting the beams. Also, the WiFi didn’t work during our entire stay. We reached out to the property owner the first day we arrived to resolve the issue but they weren’t able to resolve it till the next evening and even then it still didn’t work. The communication with the property owner was very lacking. They insisted they had to meet us the day we arrived to collect payment but our train was delayed by one hour so I reached out immediately to notify them we would be arriving to Milan around 9 pm due to the train delay. They didn’t acknowledge the delay nor suggest to meet another day until after our group arrived to the property around 10:20 pm. They gave us online instructions how to enter the property but no other instructions about the use of the different keys on the key ring or how to use their WiFi. They reached out again to insist to meet in-person the second day of our stay to collect payment since they chose not to see us on the day we arrived. I informed them we would be out all day on a tour and could not meet at their suggested time. After a few back and forth our group changed our itinerary to meet the property owner after 6 pm for them to collect payment. Since they insisted to meet in-person I assumed they wanted cash payment but when they arrived they offered to collect via credit card. Why would you need to collect via credit card in-person when my card info is already used as a hold on this reservation on booking.com? If they wanted us to pay via credit card then why insist to meet in-person?

The apartment was spacious enough for six people. It is located close enough to the city centre (10-15 minute walk to Duomo etc.). All for a reasonable price, compared to other offerings in the same area.

Great location, close to metro. Spacious for a family of three. Laundry facilities most welcome as the weather is very warm and changing/washing clothes everyday is needed.

Host not too responsive. We kept sending messages through the Booking.com App while waiting outside the property; no response. Responded only when we called/sent WhatsApp. Should have told us earlier that we should use WhatsApp instead. Waited with the luggage under the scotching sun for more than half an hour after a long journey before we received instruction on door code. Wifi did not work. Issue raised many times since arrival with no response. Host was responsive only when when to collect payment was discussed. In the end, wifi fixed only when host arrived to collect payment, on the evening before our departure early next day. Flat not cleaned (apart from the fact that bed sheets have been changed). Garbage overflowing and coffee machine not cleaned at time of check-in.
