The manager is so friendly and helpful. The location is calm, yet near the city. The apartments are clean, spacious, new, comfortable and very relaxing. There is also a parking. We highly recommend it, particularly for a family with kids.

Perfect cleanliness,  fully furnished, with all needed. Good kitchen and bathroom. We had all we expected to have. Cosy apartments with WiFi, own closed place for sunbouth, with umbrella and sunbeds. A sense of security and comfort in the protected area. Perfect location near the beach. Big supermarket near the apartments. The bus stop for a few minutes to walk. A beautiful area with lots of greenery and flowers. Perfect place to stay for family. The apartment looks accurately the same as in  Booking's foto.

It’s a very nice residence, I had a clean and comfortable apartment, ideally for family. Quiet place, five minutes from the beach , supermarket and petrol station. Lovely and friendly staff.

First good experience, no problems and I will book my next holidays with my family.

We initially just booked for 2 nights, but then extended with another 7 because it met all our expectations! - The staff is great and really made us feel at home and part of an Italian family, thank you !! - The residence is almost new and in very good condition and very well maintained. - There are various different apartment sizes, we had the smallest one and it was still very spacious. - The apartment was super clean, well furnished in nice light colors, balcony on both sides with good beds, pillows, towels, etc. - It was very quiet inside, no noise at all from outside could be heard. Great black out curtains as well. - Mountain view, sunrise and sunset on the other balcony - There is secured parking on the premises. - Garbage is/can be segregated to minimize environmental impact - Large supermarket across the street, 5 min walk - 10 min walk to the beach - We liked the location, outside of Cagliari, but still closeby, a perfect spot to explore the surrounding areas. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments throughout my years of traveling and this is definitely in my top list

- Currently there is no swimming pool (not that we wanted to use it, as there many nice beaches around) however it is planned to be constructed before the next summer so future guests will be pleased. - The kitchen was new and had everything we needed, a few more kitchen items would be useful (like sharp knives, maybe a toaster and a juice press. - Having to leave :(

It was an amazing stay. The apartment is very clean and big and nicely decorated. It has everything you need. It is a very short walking distance from the beach. Antonia was very kind and helpful with our needs. Everything was perfect, I would like to return and stay longer than 2 days. I recommend it highly.

New apartments, exceptionally clean, the territory is very neat, beautiful, and spacious terraces in the apartments above the ground floor.

Everything was great.

The holiday apartments were really lovely. Bright, clean and spacious. The staff we met were helpful and friendly. Just a short walk from a quiet stretch of clean beach. What's not to love! We will definitely be back.

The only thing to note is that you need a car to get into town, although you are walking distance from a supermarket and the beach, so if you don't want to go anywhere that's fine!
