The whole apartment is just amazing

Loud neighbor lady that was staying at the same spot was yelling like the world is about to end.

It's bigger than it looks in the photos. The location is great. Facilities are good.

Shower needs fixing.

Balcony, lot of space, good tv. The very quiet place in a very good location.

Ridiculous shower, swinging toilet seat, soft plunging bed, lack of socket adapters, lack of kitchen cloths and... odd walking cockroach.

Large open space with great kitchen and plenty of seating. Bedroom was nice and big with air con (much needed) short walk up to the centre. Felt safe and secure

The mattress could have been better

A beautiful spacious apartment (old renewed building) in modern style, very comfortable to live in. Immediate and polite answers to messages.

1. Although it was very clean, I found in the refrigerator one used small water bottle and receipts by previous visitors in a drawer at the bedroom. 2. I asked before arriving if I have to bring electrical travel adaptor with me and I was informed that the apartment was provided with adaptor. Then I realized that the one available adaptor in the apartment did'nt work. I sent a relevant message and I got the answer that I should buy one myself. 3. I asked for a lamp on the bathroom mirror (one of the two was not working), but until I left nothing was done. 4. The bedroom mattress need to be changed. 5. Stains on the couch in the living room.

Best location. It is close to a beach, beautiful sightseeing points, ferry and shop as well. The apartment is very great with enough place and everything you need.

There was no soap or something to wash the dishes but it has a dish washer. The previous people left some things there and it wasn’t cleaned up before we arrived but just small things.

Renovated flat in old town house, perfect location for sightseeing with a tiny rocky beach nearby. I spent one week working remotely from here and had everything I needed.

The kitchen lacked some basic utensils, the place was quite dusty. I informed the host about an issue with the shower head, towel rail and shower lighting. The host was very responsive. There was an attempt to fix things but in the end it was not fixed when I checked out.

The apartment is located in the city center and very well equipped. Perfect for couples.

everything about this property was great! I requested a bottle of water to be provided before arrival,since we we arrived very late in the night and all the stores were closed by then, they were so gracious to make sure the bottle of water was available when we got to the apartment. We really appreciate this gesture.

The towels provided were all torn or burnt or overused. Even when replacement was asked for, old burnt towels were still provided as replacement. The water heater in the toilet leaked non stop, toilet floor was always wet because of this. The bedroom ceiling/wall was leaking as well when it rained.

Air conditioning, spacious apartment, felt really safe and excellent location. And it was quiet during the night.

Bed was too small, shower drainage didn't work properly and we were missing crockery.

Great place, huge flat, lovely decorating. Bed very comfortable, no noises from the street. Nice staff that helps you everytime. The last day I was in a traffic jump, so I leave the flat late but they don't make me pay any penalty. When you arrive, you find a 2 litters watter bottle in the frigo. (Great surprise). I pick up the keys myself in a box, placed in the hall. They sent to you by mail a code to open the main building door.

I only would like to make a suggestion. Please leave more cookwares in the flat like (good Knife, scissors and a wooden spoon) in the kitchen.

Very clean and beautifully furnished apartment.

This depends on ones preference, but the bed was too soft and hurt our back. Also it would be good to have a hairdryer.

Great built in appliances in the kitchen but lacking in kitchen equipment eg. There was only 1 sharp knife, 1 saucepan, no dish washer tablets or kitchen roll etc. A few more bits and pieces would be helpful given it is designed as a self catering apartment. Could do with a bigger duvet on the bed!
