The service was great I needed to check out in the middle of the night and to drop off physical metal keys and collect cash deposit and there was no issues. Smoking out the balcony window was no issue.

The shower head could have been nicer and hot water at the end of the day wasn’t boiling hot but the mornings it was great! The outside of the building is deceiving because the apartment is so nice.

The location was good and it was nice inside for the most part. My fiancee and I were happy with the location as that was crucial to our initial selection. Overall, it was a nice apartment, but lots of room to improve.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and warped. A simple large queen size plush mattress would have solved that problem. We both woke up with our backs hurting because of how uncomfortable the mattress was. Not what I was expecting from a luxury style apartment. The shower was nice, and the hot water was consistent which is excellent. But the tub getting in and out was perilous and dangerous - there was nothing to hang on to in case of a fall. Also, we had an incident with the door to the patio which would not open. Although, they quickly fixed it when we called. The refrigerator smelled bad - not sure why that was. The WIFI was intermittent and dropped a few times which was annoying, but it was serviceable. This is an honest account of everything.

Great rooms, great location

First of all, I had to send a swift for my reservation to be accepted, at the amount of one night stay, which costed me an extra %10 bank transfer fee. Second, the landlady is not quite responsive, always takes half a day to respond, it took me two days to make her just say ok to our reservation or find out whether she accepts the time we check in and check out. The outside and inside the building is a wreck, though interior is as shown as in the pictures, renovated and clean.
