The view through the small windows. The windows in the photo do NOT match the windows in the actual room. They are much smaller in the actual room. The bathroom was newly renovated.

The room I was given was not the room I booked. I was given a different category room. The pictures do not match the real room. Did not have a kettle despite the room description saying so. It's not a king bed, even though the room description says king. The windows are small. Water pressure in the bathroom was low. There's only one geyser for the whole 6 room hotel so had a cold shower in the morning. The Aircon temperature was set at 23 or above. It stayed on for a maximum 4 hour time before having to be switched on again. The check out lady was very very rude. Actually banged the door down at 10:15. Yes BANGED. I did query with staff all the above, and they wouldn't budge. In fact they removed the second room option (non king room with lake view) on booking.com so I couldn't show them.

Purtroppo mi chiedo come mai il check-in è stato inesistente. Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno e nemmeno al check-out e non abbiamo lasciato i documenti...non mi sembra affatto una cosa normale. Mi chiedo come mai ho prenotato una camera King e mi è stata fatta trovare la chiave della stanza (nella cassetta del gas in strada accanto al portone dell'hotel) che non era la mia e infatti ci siamo ritrovati nella mansarda. Mi chiedo come mai quando ho chiamato la signora (reperibile solo ed esclusivamente per telefono) ci è stato detto che le camere fossero tutte uguali...mah! Mi chiedo come mai all'interno della stanza non abbiamo trovato i prodotti per il bagno di cortesia ma solamente prodotti, spugna per il corpo e rasoi già usati da altri e abbandonati nel mobiletto del bagno...a me non sembra sia igienico e per fortuna ci eravamo portati i nostri. Mi chiedo come mai c'era un frigorifero in camera senza nessuna bottiglietta d'acqua senza neanche la possibilità di acquistarne una. Peccato...ringrazio comunque Booking per aver aperto la mia segnalazione e aver provveduto al rimborso della differenza di camera ed invito chiunque legga la mia recensione a controllare bene all'arrivo che tutto sia corretto...i furbi sono sempre in agguato!!

Smell of pizza in the evening. Noisy guests/staff in the coridor in the middle od the night

Location. Room looks nice.

It's not a hotel. Room not serviced. No staff for check in. (1500). No a/c or even a fan (37C) No shower gel. No water. Minute tv. Smashed kneee on bed corners 20 times. Bathroom door doesn't fit. Nobody has ever tried staying in the room themselves.

Great location. Bed really comfy.

Aircon was broken and although owners said it should be fixed during stay it wasn’t. Very hot nights!

it is a superb accommodation and the food at the restaurant is incredibly tasty

Lovely, friendly staff and clean accommodation with lovely view over the lake.

Coffee machine needs instruction. No kettle, has a fridge though which is good.
