Très bon rapport qualité-prix Les deux jeunes au service sont top très serviable, un grand merci a ilu qui nous a même aidé à avoir des billets de speed boat moins cher qu'a l'agence elle même. Vue magnifique, chambre spacieuse, la plage blue lagoon a 5minutes est juste sublime.

La restauration pas bonne et c'est dommage car ya un potentiel immense.

Bardzo miła obsługa - chłopak z restauracji pomógł nam zamówić kierowcę, aby uniknąć nachalnych taksówkarzy :) Widok z balkonu był przecudowny!!!! Oczywiście nie jest to luksusowe miejsce, nie rozumiem, skąd biorą się negatywne komentarze, każdy wie, jaki standard zamawia. Dla nas to miejsce było naprawdę wystarczające na nocleg przed rejsem na wyspy Gili.

De accommodatie ligt direct in de haven van Padangbai. Wat heel makkelijk is als je de boot neemt naar Gili. De hostes was ook zeer behulpzaam en gaf ons goed advies over de veerboten. Ze regelde zelfs een ticket voor ons en haalde die voor ons op.

De kamer is heel erg gehorig. Om 6 uur hoor je de hoorns van de boten en het omroepen van de passagiers. De weg is zeer druk met auto’s en scooters en werklui die hun boten klaarmaken.

The purpose of our visit was that this property is ideally situated for catching the ferry to Gili Air which was our final destination. Fantastically comfortable , basic but clean, friendly owners and staff - so satisfied all our requirements !

It was honestly all we needed so there was nothing we didn't like......

Thoughtful staff, who brought me to the nearby ATM for cash money without charging me. My son loves ACK. The kind host brought me to the nearby ACK to satisfy my son's need. Again without charging us. It felt like home and having family around us.

The villa's are not that bad, but need some upgrading and local art and maybe traditional furniture to give the rooms more character. I guess renovation would also upgrade the villa's state and presentation.

Great location, close to restaurants and the harbour to get the fast boat in the morning.

No bottled water for guests so make sure to purchase one to have drinking water on hand.

i don’t like to make bad reviews because sometimes i do not agree with the bad ones / I did book this Hotel because of the wonderful google review 3 weeks ago for the 2 store wooden house and thought for that price it must be good !! In the end I was happy to check out and go home to shower so I must review it honestly too. I hope the owner will do something about it because I talked about it there with staff and they had all excuses. First of all yes the location is perfect right on the beach / Harbour (please be aware of the loud horn from the ferry over the night) but that’s the same in all hotels there and not theyr fault. Beautiful blue lagoon just a 7 minute walk We arrived at 12 noon and had to wait until 1.45 because the guest before us checked out too late and they cleaned more than 30 minutes the room for us. Not theyr fault eather but I am a host too and we should show hospitality for our valued guest and we should understand when the holiday time is finish and the guest is not happy - it is a big loss for the guest. Would it be a big loss to offer a water or cheap tea because of the 1 hour and 45 minutes we waited ? I don’t think so …. Well - the room - yes actually it is super cool - a 2 storey wooden house - don’t look for high quality interior but that’s fine - just not any place to put cloth downstairs - no shelf no hanger not even a nail in the wall …. But the biggest problem - the room especially the bathroom was so dirty - I was thinking about to cancel the booking but they asked for the money at 12 when we arrived so I guess we wouldn’t get it back eather … Under the bed there was never ever a broom or mop they don’t even see the old tissue there ….

The bed was very hard, the room had mould, I think this was a nice place and hope they can bring it back to a better standard.

We had a room facing the water which gave us a great view of the harbour and all the ferry and speed boats comings and goings. Also a great spot for watching the Balinese on the street and on the beach. The room was comfortable and clean and there are many Warungs and restaurants close by. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. At the price point you can’t go wrong. Only 100 metres from the fast boats to the Gili islands, Lombok and other islands near by.

Nothing really however like most places in Bali, the bathrooms are not cleaned to a western standard but was okay. The shower head should be replaced in room 201.

location. it’s very close to the port for who wants to caught the ferry to go to Gili.

Bathroom was not clean from previous guest. sink could find the used towels behind the door and averting was dirty. I arrived almost 10pm so I couldn’t request a clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all you needed

Within walking distance of the port to take the ferry to the Gili Islands. Convenient food options nearby. Breakfast is included in the rate. Balcony looks out to the sea.

It is on the road, so could be a little noisy at night. There were quite a few ants when I woke up, even though I didn’t have any open food with me.
