Closer to everything! Quiet and relaxing!

The facilities. The shower didn't work and the heater was a very loud noise.

Indoor space was OK for 2 people.

The service from Vacasa was non-existing. We asked several times to speak to local property management about several issues and all were denied by the service line agent. Pots were not cleaned had food residue from last guest. Blanket for the futon was cluttered on the floor. The place has a deck and it's covered in 4 ft deep snow. Clearly no one cleaned it before our arrival. The place has a hot tub on the deck and it was also buried and not usable (Although some other listing of this properties listed this hot tub). Front porch was also snow-covered and during our stay only one day someone showed up and shoveled snow in the front. It's about 15-20 minutes walk to the ski resort. Other properties with similar price point would be much closer. The place has no dishwasher no washer/dryer no wifi. If you have T-Mobile it's a big problem because you will be using your roaming data here.

I like that the jacuzzi has a private deck.

It wasn’t clean, I’ve written 2 emails already. There were problems with the jacuzzi, sofa bed broken ( and dirty) there were multiple lights out, some blinds were missing.

Good location close to ski lifts and good restaurants- but everything is close by in Girdwood :)

We had multiple problems with appliances not working, frozen pipes (no water) and missing ammenities. All of these issues were reported with only one complaint addressed (new coffee machine left at the front door). The agency was incredibly hard to get hold of- did not answer phones and was not available at their offices during the advertised business hours for us to speak with them. When handing back the keys, we waited outside their office until one of the cleaning staff opened for us and we asked to speak with one of the property managers. She said the manager was at the back but busy- we asked to speak with him. After a lengthy discussion and apologies, he said he could not offer any partial refunds or credits, but would write an email to the Vacasa head office. I asked to be CC’d onto this email, I am yet to receive this email. This was 4 weeks ago, he promised to tend to it on the evening of the 11 Jan 2020.

It's a little grubby: carpet seemed old and dirty, linoleum scratched and tired.
