La posizione é a pochi minuti dal centro a piedi. La macchinetta del caffè funziona bene.

Il cortile interno della casa era un chaos, tenuto male e puzzolente con i bidoni dell'immondizia messi davanti all'entrata principale. L'appartamento è all'apparenza carino ma si sentono gli sciacquoni e le docce dei piani sopra e c'era un odore continuo di umido. In bagno il boiler perdeva acqua in abbondanza e allagava tutto il pavimento. Abbiamo dovuto continuare a passare il mocio. La TV non aveva alcun canale settato, quindi inutilizzabile. Alla richiesta di poter fare il checkout più tardi con anche un extra pagamento ci é stato risposto che non si poteva fare nulla. Ci hanno concesso solo fino alle ore 12.00 che non ci cambiava nulla, dato che il nostro volo partiva alle 22.00. Idem per il check-in che era tassativo alle 15.00 e noi eravamo in città dalle 9.30, ma ci siamo salvati con le terme di Budapest che sono pulite e dotate di lettini, docce e camerini. Chiamarli luxury apartments é un vero azzardo. É una ex stalla...

Location is perfect. It allowed me to discover all of the interesting sites by foot. The surroundings are nice and safe. Lots of nice restaurants. The air conditioning works perfectly. It is very quiet. The apartment access system is very intersting and so is the solution to store the luggage for late checkout.

A stunning property close to the centre of Budapest

Going into the courtyard at night was very dark. It would take a while for the sensor lights to activate and even when they did, it was not very bright. It would benefit hugely from better lighting.

The location was brilliant, and it was a very clean and modern apartment

The only thing we had an issue with was the thermostat - it was super hot the first night we stayed there and we couldn’t get the temperature to go down even though we turned it down!

Locație excelentă pentru o vizita la Budapesta. Restaurante in apropiere, magazine, Lidl, baruri. Podul de lanțuri aproape. Ne-a plăcut maxim.

O sugestie...nu e reclamatie. Atenție la duș...curge apa din cada, a fost bine că am avut acolo mopul. Nu știu dacă cineva a mai semnalat problema, însă apa curge pe la colțul ușii. Iar vecinilor de la etaj le puteți sugera să închidă ușile, geamurile....nu știu ce, dar toată noaptea s-a trântit ceva , ne-am trezit de câteva ori bune, din păcate. Zgomotul a fost foarte puternic. In camera mica dacă ești sensibil la sunete nu poți să dormi, din cauza apei care se aude ( din vecini ).

Nothing really - would highly recommend

The location was fabulous, and the apartment was cute and charming. The kitchen worked well for having breakfast and snacks. The bathroom was great, and even had a small washer/dryer. The host was quick to respond when I had questions as we completed the online check-in.

The lighting in the courtyard could be better. We used our phone flashlights to make sure we didn't stumble on the uneven stone walkway. One bed was extremely firm and the other quite soft, which worked well for my friend and I but might be a problem for some. It would be nice to have a couple of chairs in the common area where we could sit and talk. We used the counter stools, but more comfy seating would be a plus. However, those were all minor issues. My only significant complaint is the way noise carries from one apartment to another. We were in unit #5, and there was a significant amount of noise from upstairs. I think it was just normal activity like scooting chairs or running water, not the people doing anything disruptive. Some nights there was also quite a bit of light coming through the exterior door of the small bedroom. A curtain over the door windows would be helpful.
