Neil is very quick to respond to questions and if you have an issue he gets it fixed quickly. The house is not a bad house, slightly dated ie carpet in the bedrooms but this keeps the cost reasonable. I believe I will book here to stay again.

This is a lovely house, clean and well appointed in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Great location, ideally located for a short, easy drive to supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the theme parks; the AC works great for those really hot Florida days and nights! View from the pool area is amazing with some beautiful sunsets and wildlife. We'd certainly go back and look forward to our next Florida stay in this comfortable and relaxing villa.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house was in great shape and clean and exactly what we paid for. The owner was good about answering any questions or issues quickly. It was way better than staying at a hotel in my opinion.

Upon check-in we noticed that the house needed a good clean. Everywhere is covered in dust and built up cobwebs. In addition, there is also dead insects in every corner of the house. The cleaners have missed food and debris from other renters which was quite off putting. Communication with the owner was quick but the only option they gave was to leave the property at the hottest time of day for additional cleaning to be done. Our son was unwell during these days and it was not possible. However, another option was not given. Overall, the house needs a serious deep clean and there are issues which need to be addressed. There is a plastic trim around the pool that is cracked and broken, which caused all of us to become cut during our stay. The house has an ant problem and even after adhering to the rules of not leaving any food out, we still had them in random places roaming around the house. This needs attention from the property manager. In addition, we had a situation one day where we arrived back at the house and there was a car parked in the driveway. When we entered, the property manager was in with a repair man for the cable which was quite startling. The owner had emailed to tell us this, but I hadn't checked and it gave us all a fright. We have been coming to Florida for 20 years and never experienced a situation like it. After I emailed to complain, the PM arrived upset saying we would get her fired! Unacceptable behaviour, dirty and expensive. Go elsewhere!!!

Stayed here to be close to Disney an have the privacy of our own house and pool. Everything you could need was 10 minutes away, Disney parks were 25 minutes away.

First off you’re about 30 mins from each Disney park. Big dining around. Pool was great for our family. There are clean towels as soon as you get there so you can swim right away. 2 showers makes getting ready for the day or cleaning off from swimming all day very quick and easy for a family. Neil quickly responded to any question that we had. Washer and dryer is very accommodating for a family. Target, Walmart, Publix all within 20 mins from house. Great spot for 1-2 families. 1 king bedroom, 1queen bedroom and 2-2twin bedrooms makes it easy to sleep 8.

The property was extremely dirty. The beds were musty smelling, and the mattress protectors were grubby. The floors were dirty. The outside pool area was filthy, especially the mat outside the door. The whole place needs a good deep clean and serious updating. There is no way it is 5 star, I would rate it at a 1 star

The house was amazing as well as the neighborhood. Neil was really great at communicating and answering any questions I had. My only issue I had was due to the weather the pool couldn't be heated. However Neil let me know this a few days in advance, and that was out of his control. I went for Christmas, so next time I will try going for spring/summer when the weather is warmer. I would definitely recommend.

Loved the outback view with the lake.

Loved the location and the view and the kids loved the pool even in November. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty for my large family. We loved our stay!

The house was nice, clean and comfortable for our week vacation. Checkin and checkout was real easy. The host was great at answering any questions I had. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Florida.

We had a great stay at Eagle Point. Everything was ready upon our arrival and in working order. Just 30 minutes from most locations and parks. A good value option for a trip to Orlando. The lake out back had lots of bird wildlife and turtles.

Home was neat & clean, plenty of dishes so we could cook and avoid driving out to restaurants allowing us more family time. Location was great, neighbors were friendly and we would certainly rent this home again for another family vacation. Thank you Neil!

Had a lovely stay here in kissimmee for our first time . Very tidy hope that suited our needs . Nice quiet neighborhood and the owner answered when I had questions! Would recommend, we had a lovely stay ! Our kids loved the pool!

We had a great time. The house was ready when we arrived. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a group of 7 stay in the home. 5 kids and two adults. The house gave everyone plenty of room. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all of the necessary items for cooking and then some. We were very happy with our accommodations and will stay there again.

The house was very nice and simple. We stayed in early June. The pool was nice and we took advantage of the heat which was nice because some of the evenings were a bit cooler. The catch and release lake was fun for my kids, they caught some small blue gill fish. Neil was easy to get ahold of and answered questions promptly. I would highly suggest containers for any food you might want to leave out, the sugar ants are not something you want to deal with while you are on vaca. The Disney parks are about a 25 drive, but it was a nice easy drive.

We had an excellent stay. Close to all Disney properties and universal.

Started off not so great as we checked in and the house was not cleaned. :( BUT as soon as we called they sent a crew right out and they did a fabulous job. we had to wait another four hours to get in which was exhausting but once we got in the place was spotless and welcoming. The next day a representative came out and apologized for the house not being cleaned. This went a long way in me getting over it, I mean, things happen right? :) The house was very nice, my boys LOVED fishing in the lake behind it as well as enjoying all the wildlife that lived there. The location was perfect for jumping off to both Disney and Universal Studios as well as a super close Walmart and tons of places to eat. It was nice and quiet in the evening and we enjoyed having such a well stocked kitchen. We are hoping to come back in the fall and will definitely book this property if we do.

The house we stayed at served our purpose well. We were golfing 36 holes a day and needed a clean and quiet place to sleep and shower. The house was great and Neil kept in touch to make sure everything was good. Great experience.

The house is in a great location, easy access to Disney property. Had everything our family needed for parents, grandparents, and toddlers staying at the house. It’s very simple, but that worked well for us because we didn’t have to “baby proof” a bunch of nicknacks and fragile stuff. Worked very well for us.

The house was in a great central location for everything we needed. Stores and restaurants were close, and the parks were just a short drive. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and had no issues swimming at night or being outside the property after dark. The pool was amazing. We paid to have it heated and it was glorious after long days on our feet. The house is well stocked, clean, and there's plenty of extras! We did have an issue with ants on the counter leaving some cookies out, so be careful with that. They disappeared as soon as we removed the food, though. Check in and check out process was simple and easy, Neil is easily reached when needed and responsive to messages. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! We spent a wonderful time in Neil’s villa. It’s really well located, not too far from a Walmart, the Outlets and Disney World. The view from the pool area is beautiful. Will definitely be staying here again.
