The property has everything you need for a fun filled vacation. Kitchen fully stocked and the house has everything you need.
Pool was great. Hot tub relaxing. Decent ocean view considering the location in the neighborhood. The flowers on the property made for a nice photo backdrop and they smelled good too.

The property has everything that a large family needs to enjoy a Kona vacation. Well equipped kitchen, lots of beach supplies, and a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy and relax.
The only item that would make the stay even better would be more stable beds in the smaller bedrooms. Two adults sleeping on those beds is a bit wobbly.

We could not ask for anything more with our accommodations at the Kona House of Palms. The experience from booking to check out was smooth. All possible needs of a vacationing family, the owners have thought about and made available in the home. The house has plenty of useful stuff from board games, pool toys, rice cooker, and hair straightener… the house has it all. Our hosts have been very prompt and responsive which is a true testament to amazing service. The stove broke on our first night but the hosts made sure this was replaced the next day! The home is a great setting to relax and sit back to enjoy the pool and home cooked meals with family. We will always treasure the happy memories we made at this amazing place.

This property was just as advertised. It was really great. Super super clean!!!!! The patio/pool/hot tub were amazing. Really beautiful and super useful backyard. The lighting setup and fountain were very cool and fun! Fantastic location. Gated community added to feeling of friendliness/exclusivity. Lots of people out walking in neighborhood — everyone waved hello as we drove by. Communication with Sean was exceptional. I would rate this property /experience 100/100.

This place is amazing! We loved staying here. The location is great. The pool was wonderful. The house is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The owners were quick to respond and helpful. I would highly recommend this house. I would definitely stay there again.

This house is awesome!! The neighborhood and location was picture perfect! The house is pristine! The back yard and pool was the perfect place to relax! We loved it! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about this house was fabulous. The home was spotlessly clean, the furnishings are new, the beds were comfortable (my in-laws even took note of the brand), and the kitchen was well stocked (including a basket of snacks on arrival). We had plenty of space for five adults. The outdoor space is gorgeous and was a family favorite. The pool was warm, clean, and even has a waterfall. I wish we could have stayed longer.

House was super stocked with chairs, beach mats, boogie board and towels. The pool was fun and we swam in it everyday.
There was even a basket on the counter for us filled with snacks!
The only negative is before we got in the front door, my wife and children were bit multiple times by mosquitos. Luckily, the property had big spray and candles and the bugs were only bad in the morning and sunset. Otherwise, the bugs were tolerable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House inside and outside was delightful. Pool and hot tub were appreciated. Morning walks in the neighborhood and down to the main road below the neighborhood were great. Tips on what to do and where to go from Sean and Anjali were excellent! Looking forward to coming back.

This was like our own private resort with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We spent most of our time in the pool and watching the awesome birds and lizards in the area. Highly recommend!

We had amazing time . Beautiful property! Quiet neighborhood. Unbelievably clean! It had all the amenities you can think of. Pool was so refreshing after a day of golf. We are looking forward to next year‘s trip and staying at this property. 5 + stars!

There were three couples staying here to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We loved the place. Very clean, the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were amazing. Also loved the basket of snacks for us, a nice added touch. Thank you!!!

Wow! This property was amazing. The photos on line were great and enticing: but to experience the beautiful park-like setting; mesmerizing blue-water views; refreshing pool; and making family dinners in the beautiful kitchen- waking up to the birds singing to do it all over again was amazing. Looking forward to going back soon. The location was close to restuarnts and shopping. It was a "grand vacation" with my family. Mahalo!

Definitely scored finding this place for Ironman. We loved everything about this house, and have already recommended it to friends who are planning a Big Island visit. Unbeknownst to us, the south end bike turnaround was just up the street. Communication was perfect. Sean was beyond a gracious and accommodating host. Thank you! We miss it already. Mahalo!

This is one of the top places we've ever rented in Hawaii. The property was spacious, well furnished and easy to find.

Our stay at House of Palms was wonderful. The house is beautiful, and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the beautiful view. We had fun playing with the badminton racquets and although we didn't use any beach gear, there was a lot of it! I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Kona.

First of all the home is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and decorated with such care and wonderful style. It might sound odd, but the color schemes were particularly lovely and relaxing.
Second, the grounds...what can you say about that pool and the gorgeous gardens. They were absolutely spectacular.
The location is terrific, very convenient and even walkable to the beach and other sights if you so desire. It's a very nice, gated community with the best neighbors, too! Bob across the street was so welcoming and kind, even giving us a coupon he had for a restaurant we were visiting to celebrate a birthday. Couldn't ask for better neighbors.
But the absolute best part of the whole experience was dealing with Sean and Anjali. They were terrific throughout at communication, but they really went above and beyond for us the day we arrived. We had been coming from another vrbo on the Hilo side and had a long lag time between checking out there and checking in at this property. On the day of our stay, I asked if we might be able to store our things somewhere at the property before official check-in, since I didn't like having all our belongings in the car as we killed time. They were so gracious about this request! They not only said it was no problem, but we were able to leave our items in the garage while cleaning was occurring, and then they moved everything into the house for us before we returned for check-in. We had an opportunity to meet them, and they were so lovely and welcoming. These are A++++ host and hostess. Thank you!

Property was well-maintained and very clean. Enjoyed our stay but would have enjoyed it more if the pool was a little warmer. Communication with the owner was excellent and he mentioned that they are heating the pool with solar heat. . The gardens at the home were beautiful. We will be coming back.
