Old and poor quality renovation

Nice place for a good price. Good communication, Dave was very friendly. Easy to get to the city center by foot.

The property exceeded our expectations: spectacular spot! Central location, beautiful interior, very clean, modern look, specious. The condo has everything you need: from towels to books and board games. We were a family of 6: 3 adults and 3 kids and every member of our family was beyond satisfied with the experience! THANK YOU a million!

Dave is very accommodating. We had to move our check-in day because of bad weather and he was very understanding. He's also very kind. He met us to hand over the keys and he took his time introducing his place to us. He also went beyond our expectations by offering us a parking spot. The place is perfect. It's very clean and it has everything you'd need. We had to take turns with using the washroom and I'd say it was an experience. You get used to it. The kids especially loved the bath tub and the [bedroom] loft. It was hard to make them leave. The neighbourbood is very accessible to everything. There are a lot of really good restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Dave's was great!

Owner of the property was so nice, he explained us everything and showed us the apartment. He also gave us tips for activities in town, it was very helpful.

Everything was perfect!!!

Kitchen has new appliances and pots, pans, flatware and dishes seemed a plenty. They had a lot of extras that were nice like spices, coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. There were no paper towels or napkins which was a problem since we didn't look until we needed them. Convenient Store a block away and numerous restaurants an easy walk away. The Saigon Bombay restaurant is close with good food and prices. You must buy your beer or wine ahead and bring it with you. Taxi to downtown sights or cruise terminal is about Can $10.

It wasn't the right fit for us. We thought from the pictures that the unusual loft over the bathtub had the single bed and that there was two regular bedrooms. The single bed is in the laundry room and one of the two double beds is in the loft. Steps getting into the loft are challenging as are the entry steps. Not good for older adults. A young family with children 6 and over or two active couples would be fine here. Bathroom privacy is mostly via curtains.
