We liked the house. The only negatives were:The garage AC did not work and the kids could not play in the garage since it was around 100+ in there. Also, the pots and pans need to be replaced soon. They were on their last leg. We would not have rented the house if we knew the AC was not working. It was known before we checked in and it was not communicated with us.

We were extremely happy with our choice! We chose this location because it was three hours from Port Everglades and we wanted to just relax for a couple of days before getting on our cruise. There were 11 of us including six adults and five children ranging from ages 2 to 13. Everything was just as described and we enjoyed all of the amenities. We would definitely stay there again! You have a lovely home!

Quick working weekend trip to Orlando and Winter Haven; this home in Davenport was located right in the middle.
The home was great for our group of 17 colleagues; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.
The only "negative" would be the parking situation. Only 2 vehicles can park in the driveway, all other vehicles had to park in the overflow lot at the community club house.
That probably wont be an issue for most guests but for us (with 6 vehicles) it was difficult.
It's not really an issue with the home, more the restrictions from the community association.
With that being said, I would definitely stay here again.

The decor was very nice and they respond very quickly to your questions. The ice machine must have been turned off and I contacted the property manager to find out what’s wrong and the guy didn’t want to help me. Millie contacted me about it but she only insisted I purchase ice and throw inside of it. I wish I could have gotten somebody over to just find the button and get it to start working for us. Millie insisted I watch YouTube to fix it. Overall I would book again.

It was a beautiful home, the only issue we had was that the sofa did not recline. Only two cars on the property was a pain and the amount of time it took to get anywhere was painful.

We had prompt communication and help from Millie whenever we needed. We appreciated the property was clean, well stocked snd well organized. Pool was heated dedpiite the winter storm which lowered the temps to 40s. That was highly appreciated by our group of 5 families .

This was indeed the best rental we have had in a very long time. EVERYTHING EXCEPT PARKING WAS GREAT! We had the pool heated, and it was HEATED! Because at some rentals I feel they just take your money, the pool never gets warm, so thanks for that. The house is well put together and very clean. The pictures give you an idea, but when you entry this home, it's breath taking.. I will rent here again!

Overall nice stay. Very cute themes. Nice game room. Plenty of bathrooms. I was given some info ahead of time such as contact person / Wi-Fi / etc. However this info was not accurate. Wi-Fi password and contact person changed. I tried contacting our “contact person” to ask for Wi-Fi password. I did not get a response until next morning. We did discover that there was a welcome card at the home that has the updated contact person and correct Wi-Fi password. It was just a bit confusing because we were sent information ahead of time that was not accurate. The hot tub was very nice and hot. Pool was nice. I could only find 2 towels in each bathroom. Not sure if there are more somewhere. There were three screens that we’re broken on top of pool so we had few mosquitoe bites. There was some maintenance done in the house very early in morning outside of home - a bit noisy. Wish they came a little later in the day. Other than that we had nice stay. Check in was easy- you just use a passcode to get in.

Place was nice and clean and they had everything except trash bags lol But I’m a chef and they had 3 cutting boards free access to the grill, nice big kitchen. Plenty knives and utensils! Different pots and pans a lot more variety of things compared to other homes I rented ! They even had cable tv ! TVs in every work that actually worked! Although there Wi-Fi to watch Netflix wasn’t working but they had lots of channels to watch so… Over all me and my crew enjoyed or stay and I look forward to renting again !

House was beautiful better then what i expected. Only issue i had was with the extra parking was told people could park at the clubhouse but unfortunately when i arrived i was told they could be towed so i they had to park outside the gate and had to go back and forth to take them back. Also the ac in garage didnt work and the wifi didnt work all night either! The house is very spacious and beautiful but these issue should be known and taking care of.

Amazing Visit
We had a really great time at the Villa. The accommodations were great, the place was beautiful, and there was a perfect amount of space for our large group. The beds and the pool were definitely our favorite part, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed. We had an issue with the wifi for quite a bit of our stay and weren't able to get anyone in to restart it until the evening of our second day, and the grill refused to light by itself, but we didn't have a lighter or matches on us so it took quite a while to improvise. Otherwise, everything was amazing and I'm excited to book another stay here in the future

My family and I were very comfortable staying at this home. We enjoyed our time. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It does get really warm upstairs so I would suggest bringing additional fans for circulation if you are used to cooler temps. Great communication with Joanne. I would stay here again.

The stay was ok. We found the house very big and enough room for our family. The house needs work and we found some areas very dirty. The pool was awful when we arrived. Wasn’t cleaned. We found used bandaids, food, dirt and other things inside and out of the pool area, also, NO lights on the pool. We called and they came to put chlorine and that was it.. overall it was and ok stay, very far from the parks and lots of traffic. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This property was almost perfect. It did have some flaws when we came in but it was addressed after a few days. Would have liked clarification on the parking for the extra vehicles, it was a hassle going back and forth to the parking areas each day of stay, other than that was a nice place to stay

Upon arrival we instantly saw that some of the beds had no pillow cases the 1st bdrm to the right of the entrance bedding was dirty, there was trash under the TV stand in the living room, both grills were beyond dirty even though the website states grills should be cleaned after use. If you have guest arrive after 11:30 pm you will have to call host to get them approved to enter. Host did answer all my calls so that was a plus and she got someone to come clean the grills. Overall it is a beautiful neighborhood and house. Oh please only park 2 cars in driveway or be towed at a 250 rate.

This rental was everything as is in the photos. It was so spacious, well decorated, clean, it was amazing. The negatives I have are in comparison to other rentals was one garbage bag for each bathroom and the kitchen, no extras. There was one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. There were no extra towels, if renting something that sleeps so many there should be enough towels for as many people it can sleep. Maybe supply some large bowls with lids. And in other rentals that we’ve rented in the pass, the previous renters leave things like seasonings, napkins, disposable plates and utensils have been left behind for the next renter. We would have left our extras, but didn’t because we didn’t see any other extras there. Now I would definitely rent this place again and refer it to others. We enjoyed every space in this home. It was a home away from home.

I really loved this process from start to finish. I would come back again love this property. The only thing one of the kids left a game and hasn’t been return after contacting the property management. Double check for personal belongs before leaving

The house management team is super responsive and helpful we had an issue with a digital lock that was beeping and one of the homeowners drove over at 8pm on a Friday night to fix it, THAT’s quality customer service.

Pure perfection
My family and close friends had not been together for quite sometime since Pre Covid, this location was a pure perfection for all to get together and spend some quality time together eating and drinking without feeling like we were on top of one another! Would book this house again
Great house, spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and showers. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the screened Lanier. Overall, wonderful laid back vacation. My only critique is the broken air fryer that we didn't realize was broken until we were about to use it. If that was replaced, I'd have zero complaints.

Birthday Weekend!!
My stay was awesome, the home and decor was beautiful in every room. The home was spacious and kept 7 kids and 7 adults busy from the game room, to the media room and to the pool. The property Manager, JoAnn was always available to answer any questions. The parking arrangements can be a little stressful if you have multiple guests that drove separately, but the property has parking inside of the neighborhood and outside of the community entrance if you have more than 4 cars they can park in driveway or the inside parking lot, that 5th or 6th car has to park in the parking lot outside of the community. That could be annoying because someone has to pickup that guest and bring them through the gated process back to the home. Other than that, there were multiple gas stations, grocery stores and restaurant options in the area. I would definitely stay at this property again!!! Thumbs up for this property!!!

Friends gathering to celebrate turning 50!
This property is amazing! Just as beautiful as it shows in the pictures and more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We were looking for a place to celebrate my husband turning 50 in the madness if COVID restrictions and this was perfect. Between the pool, game room, multiple large TVs and large tables for indoor and out door dining there was no need to leave the home for entertainment. It was perfect.

Best Home I ever vacated in!
The owner is very responsive. I was able to check in 3 hours sooner. The home is jaw dropping gorgeous. Very Clean & it fitted 25 of my family members comfortably.

WOW WOW and WOW!
Photos do not do this property justice, this house is HUGE!!! Absolutely beautiful, Joanne was fantastic, the interior decor left us breathless. My guest and myself truly enjoyed our stay. Would I book again? ABSOLUTELY!

Beautiful home. Awful communication.
The house was a dream. The pictures dont do it justice! Nice and clean. More than what we expected. Now the communication with the contact person was awful. Called her multiple times before arrival and she never returned my calls. The pin for the front door didn't work. The ice maker wasn't working. I called Joanne multiple times, left her a few text messages and nothing. At check out I got a call from our transportation saying hat they were running about 45 minutes late. Again I tried calling Joanne multiple times and sent multiple text messages asking her if it was ok to wait in the property while our transportation got there (since check out was at 10am and the bus was suppose to be there at 10:45am) and again no answer. So overall our stay was amazing except for the communication part.
