Great location close to city center, bus station and train. Nice apartment on 2nd floor.

A bit cold, and it took time to get it warm with the heaters. No shower in one of the bathrooms.

Maybe this is because we are from the US but the lack of a freezer was surprising and a pain. We also missed the dryer as we did laundry and hung it up but it was still damp 2 days later. We also wished there were paper towels or napkins provided in kitchen. It’s annoying to not be able to use hair dryer in bathroom, but we know that is common in UK. Some of these issues are just the way it is, but a freezer and paper products would be easily provided. Also, the stairwell was dark and creepy and smelled awful due to a bucket of strong smellIng chemicals being left there our entire visit.

spacious, clean, well equipped, two bathrooms, really good TV ( a real plus during Wimbledon), central location near shops restaurants bus and train stations.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Grateful for washing machine.

Nothing but it would be better if the main bathroom had a shower .

Very central and near amenities

The area is very noisy at night due to the local bars etc, bin lorry in the early hours and emptying bottle banks.

A lovely apartment in a very central location. Keys were easy to pick up and the hosts provided clear information and timely communication. Good facilities and a comfortable apartment. Thank you
