Perfect place to connect with nature and wake up to the best sunrise view.

Our internet didn't work but we stayed only one night so didn't bother to get it fixed.

The view from the apartment was stunning and it had a very pretty balcony to sit and relax. The apartment was big enough, clean, and the staff was very helpful with everything that we wanted.

That we stayed only for two days :(

- two things strike you after the 75 minutes drive from Chalkida to Limnionas on a winding mountain road: the warm welcome of Doula (the manager) and the awesome beauty of the scenery from your room terrace (big balcony). At this point, you know you had a great deal and your road trip was worthwhile. We regretted to have booked one night. Don't do our mistake. This experience will remain for long as a wonderful memory. - awesome view + awesome beach at 1km distance. - a real romantic retreat that is apar with any renowned Italian coast destination, but with less harassment and crowd. - we used the kitchen to make our meals even though there's a couple restaurants at walking distance. All necessary ustensils were available and Doula supplied complimentary coffee, tea and condiments (if something is missing she's always there for the rescue).

Car is a must. It's in the middle of nowhere, i.e. deliciously away from civilization. :) This was not a problem for us: we had rented a car to do the whole island of Ebea (plan a week minimum)

Big terrace with an amazing view, comfortable bed, kitchenette with anything is needed to prepare a quick breakfast, friendly owners, they cooked and gave us a very good greek pie. We were here 2 years ago and we have come back this year. Everything was perfect and we will come back in the future too.

Wonderful location with amazing views! The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were wonderful, very polite and always there to answer any queries we had for the area and the near by beaches. Can't wait to visit again!!!!

Breathtaking views from the terrace, with a beautiful sunrise. Very nice appartement with everything you need! Super nice hosts, even brought us homemade pie for breakfast. Very nice beaches around. We can highly recommend this place and would totally come back.

We were super happy with our stay here! Comfortable, big room with a kitchenette (electric kettle, stove, fridge, kitchen utensils etc) - so we could even cook and eat in the terrace that had a lovely view facing the sea. How so romantic :) There is also a bbq place in the garden that we did not use finally. Is good to make some stock of food and drink as the place is very chill and distant from city facilities (and supermarkets). Beautiful and calm landscape and super friendly and nice owners who accepted also our little dog who travelled with us. I think it was the friendliest welcome and attitude from a place we ever had, thank you! I very much recommend!

It was in great location, friendly host! Balkony was really nice with good view! Beautiful night sky and view for sunrise.

I expected room to be in little bit better condition. It needed some renovation. There was no place to put clothes (one wardrobe without shelves, just few hangers...) and toilet with shower was really tiny. No space for cosmetics.

Beautiful place with an outstanding view and a beautiful garden. The owner paid a lot attention for the details. Some fruit or vegetable gifts from the owner made the stay perfect.

There is only a very few possibilities to find supplies to cook and no fruit or vegetables at all near the town.

This place is an absolute gem of a retreat. The road to Limnionas is spectacular, and at the end you arrive at this little piece of paradise. We were welcomed very warmly, the room was fantastic, the terrace is beautiful esp. at sunrise and in the evening. As of that wasn't enough, the breakfast was outstanding - lots of local produce and home-made delights. DEFINITELY get the breakfast! Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough.
