Cottage 2 by the lake
Somos nuevos en VRBO pero no en el área. Lake Cabins Resort tiene su propia playa privada. Nuestros huéspedes tienen acceso a kayaks y tablas de paddle sin costo adicional. El Lake Cabin Resort también ofrece alquiler de embarcaciones. Actualmente, tenemos un bote de pontones y un bote de esquí. La propiedad tiene su propio muelle privado y su bote privado puede amarrarse en nuestro muelle. Tenemos un pozo de fuego en la playa para nuestros huéspedes de la casa del lago y un pozo de fuego con vista a la playa para los huéspedes de la cabaña. Lake Cabin Resorts se construyó a principios de los años 40 y tiene mucha historia local con familias que han disfrutado del complejo en años pasados. This was our first time staying in the cabins on Fife lake and we will definitely be back. It is a nice area to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The cabins were as described, quaint with just the basics of what you need. The free kayaks were our favorite amenity. Just to note, the bathrooms are really small so if you have kids, the entire bathroom floor will be wet from showers but we didnt mind too much since we enjoyed the rest of the cabin and lake so much. The host were very friendly and helpful and made our stay just perfect.

We stayed here July 5-8 of 2023 because our son was in the Traverse City Cherry Festival Parade. It was 1/2 hr. from Traverse City but so much less expensive. We LOVED our stay here. The cabin was cute and clean and the resort as a whole was very charming. We loved coming back to the cabin after a long day in the city for some R&R. The cabin had everything we needed and it was nice to cook some meals there to save money. The lake was close and beautiful. There is also a great ice cream place right down the road! We will definitely stay here again if our son is in the parade next year. We can't wait!

Family Reunion
Jeff and Beckey's property was perfect for our family reunion. We rented the house and all of the cabins and each family had their own space - it was perfect. The house and cabins have everything you need and everything was spotless! We spent lots of time swimming in the lake, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The little kids had fun playing in the beach and shallow water area. The outside area around the cabins was perfect for eating meals together, outdoor movie night, 80's night, and talking around the fire pit. We ventured into Traverse City and visited the Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. We highly recommend this property!

I thought the owners were very nice and eager to answer questions. Loved the place and will be coming back. The lady I first met when I got there (cleaning staff) was very nice too. Loved it all, only negative was very dirty behind the stove. Hope to see you again.

Could have been cleaner. Cob webs in the sink and on the ceiling fan. Toilet leaked at the base. Weather did not allow us to use the kayak, canoe and boat.

Fife Lake cabin
Stay went well, easy check in and out. Resort had beautiful view and lake access. Cabin could use some updates. Futon/couch not comfortable and dated. The mattresses in both bedrooms need replaced immediately. They are horrible even my 16 year old as well as 19 year old commented how bad they were. My husband and I could not sleep together because the mattress topper kept sliding off, we are not big people. Overall stay went well just needs updates.

Nice and clean cabin
My family and I were looking for a nice clean place by the lake… this was the place. The cabin was clean and equipped with all the things you would need. Love the local shops if you are looking to get away from the city live this is a nice place for that. On the rainy day we drove to Traverse City which was only 30 minutes away. Also management was wonderful!

Perfect little cabin on the lake
We enjoyed our stay. The cabins were small but clean and well stocked. It was on a private beach and kayaks were available for guest use free of charge. I highly recommend this location

A great getaway!
When we arrived, we were surprised to see multiple fire pits and kayaks to rent. They made sure to make us feel welcome and there was plenty to do! Not far from Traverse City. 10/10 would rent again!

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The bathroom was a little small for us but functional. Overall a good stay.

Kids had a blast
Each kid with a total of 10. Had such a great time. The property is well maintained including the beach access to th lake. Cabins are comfortable and feel like you are right at home while camping. Outlook fire pit is fantastic and the view is beautiful

Wonderful stay
The cabin (2) was perfect for the 4 of us. Cabin was very clean and organized. We were having the hardest time starting our fire, Jeff, the owner, came over and got it going for us both nights were stayed. He even stayed and chatted for a bit. Very personable. We will definitely be back!!

Cabin #2 was actually nicer than pictures showed. Clean and awesome Air-Conditioner! Also, free use of SUP's and Kayaks was
a bonus! Shallow swim area inside docs for little ones.

Tidy small cabins with great ways to enjoy the water
The cabins were a bit smaller than I expected but the access to the lake, paddle boards, kayaks, fire pit, and swimming area made the location a great place for all our family members.
